I am in the process of renting an LG 3D smart TV with the intention of purchasing from Rent A Center. First they didn't bring the remote or glasses and sent the glasses to me through an employee that lives in the same place I do, it took her 3 days to get them to me. Then the TV was having trouble syncing up the audio with the video and the sound would cut out from time to time, so they came out to get the TV to take it to the shop and brought me a reg, 3D LG TV the same size but no remote. He promised the girl that lived by me would bring it out but she didn't and I was all weekend without one. When I called to ask about it she was rude to me and said she was just being nice to bring it at all and hung up on me.
