Awful!! New female Mgr answered phone @ 4:10pm on Thursday. I told her I have an exercise bike for sale and would like to email pictures and that the bike would need to bepicked up as im moving this weekend. She gave me an email address I got no response stating that the email was received or anything. I called this morning to f/up she said she had not had a chance to look at it. (STORE CLOSES AT 8PM)(great customer serv.) I called again at 3 o'clock TODAY and talk to Colton he checked with alleged manager she said she has still has not had a chance to look at it Colton open the email pictures did not download so I resent the images. I called back 10 minutes later spoke to Colton again he said email received however image is still slow to download i explained that I was moving need to get rid of the bike today and need to have someone pick it up which is what I told the awful new store manager Colton advises me they don't they do not do same-day pickup great thank you waste of time!! (Note to self use Craigslist in the future)POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Read moreMy two sons and I visited the Mooresville location at 7pm last evening to shop for a weight bar and weights. We were the only customers in the store during our visit, and there was one employee behind the desk. When we entered the employee looked at us, but no greeting, no welcome, nothing. We shopped and a few times my oldest son asked me "how much is this?" and I would answer "I don't know because I can't find a price". Over half of the items we were interested in did not have prices, and the employee remained standing behind the desk and never offered any assistance. After 5-10 minutes I decided that if I could not find a price and the employee was not interested in selling anything, we would leave. No surprise, but when we exited the employee briefly glanced up from his cell phone, but did not say anything at all. Horrible customer service and we will never shop...

This is my fifth or sixth visit this year both trading in, and purchasing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Neil, Joey, and Greyson on different occasions.
Most recently, the last two times I’ve randomly stopped in, I’ve received the absolute BEST treatment as a customer. They remember who you are, greet you when you walk in, ask how they can assist you, and then thank you for your business. This may seem like: “That’s what they’re supposed to do,” but I can assure you not many businesses do this.
Super well done! I’ll continue bringing my business here! As for the comments on their pricing structure, it actually makes sense. They run a business, which means they’re supposed to make money. If you can’t accept that you’re still saving money off retail, go pay sticker...
