Every time I come to this location they never ask for my perks phone number and I have to tell them first before I order or they don't put it in.....well today was the worst experience yet my drink was about 2 in from the top so not filled up all the way it also tasted awful was a caramel highrise and it tasted like idk either burnt coffee beans or some sort of spice even a little floral I can't even describe it.....also I ordered inside and sat down for a minute when I felt like it had been a few minutes I went to the order ready side and stood there there were 3 employees there and two drinks and a bag no one acknowledged me so I finally said is this mine one girl said these are pick ups I said I just ordered at the counter but she walked away so I asked again and the other girl asked what did you order then said oh I think this is yours idk maybe she gave me the wrong drink but it was horrible the...
Read moreThis was my first time going into a caribou coffee in literal years. It was a welcoming, warm inviting atmosphere. The nice cashier girl was very respectful and nice customer service with a smile. It was my first time in there so she was patient with me and also informative. I ended up getting that nitro iced coffee. I believe it was. It was absolutely delicious. Kept me good and energized my entire dashing session which was a few hours. Probably like 5 hours of dashing. The lemon cake is absolutely Divine. My daughter loved the I believe it was like a cinnamon type of swirl cake like a cinnamon bun. And there was a chocolate cake pop. It was so good she ate all of it. At least I got a piece of the lemon cake LOL. I absolutely will be going back way. Way better than the $tars...
Read moreI love caribou very much and when this store first opened up I was very excited. They’ve always seemed to be slow but most mornings weren’t that bad until a few months ago. I believe they got a bunch of new people because they had a training in progress sign up for quite some time. The quality of service has significantly decreased. This past visit sealed the deal for me as I went in the drive through the guy who was taking my order repeated my order back three times and when I pulled up to pay the order was wrong he rung it up as a completely different drink. The girl in the window looked extremely frustrated at him and she apologized. No harm done I payed for the right drink but waiting almost ten minutes for one drink is not worth it!
