I regretted coming here. I should have know because of the low score and all the bad reviews. But sometimes people can be critical. Decided to give it a chance. Upon entering the facility I should have walked out and gotten some else. Everywhere I looked there was trash. Every table was disgusting. Used napkins, random cups, forks on floor. It was bad overall. The cashier and everyone was basically hiding in the back. The front was full of people waiting for their orders. So decided to order pretty much everything was either gone or wasn’t able to order. Ended up getting boneless wings because there was a limit of how much I could be and they could do the regular bone in wings. I was confused but I was hungry just wanted to get something to eat. After waiting for 15mins they finished the order and packed it up to go when it was for dine inn. I open the bot to my surprise it was a little small pile of chicken pieces with a drizzle of sauce. The fries tasted ok almost like beer batter fires but missing salt. The chicken tasted freezer burnt. The “spicy” habanero wings tasted sweet. The lemon pepper was ok it tasted more like garlic than anything else. The plains wings were just that plane. At least ad some salt to the chicken. I think your better off getting McDonald’s nuggets throwing some sauce on them and calling them wings than getting coming here. Save your money and time go to wing stop or bww. I spent a bunch of money here and wasn’t even full. I ended up going down the street and getting a burger for half the money I spent here. It was actually good and filling. When I paid, I gave the cashier $30.25 and my bill was $27.20. I was expecting $3.05 back but the cashier gave me $2 and change. Then we receive our food. Buffalo fries with the Chipotle sauce not Buffalo sauce as they asked the sauce type. Unaware the Buffalo is mixed with Chipotle sauce. Not what was asked for and not told that it is mixed. I ordered 5 boneless wings with pineapple Jalepeno sauce on it. As the sign has a flame next to it I was expecting some sort of spiciness to it. It was entirely sweet no spice to it. The cashier also didn't ask how many ranches we wanted when we paid or say that they were extra charge until we received our food and said it is an additional charge. On 10/29/2025 I ordered a 6pc Buffalo wing combo. I waited 30 minutes for my food I didn’t mind. I finally got my food I went to take a bite and there was a piece of metal sticking out from the chicken. My boyfriend asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give us one because “ they didn’t have any metal in their kitchen.” Where else would the metal have came from? They let us keep the food and offered us free shakes. I appreciate they tried to do something but all I wanted was a refund because I was grossed out and didn’t feel safe to eat the wings anymore.
