This morning I made a mobile order so I can make my busy schedule on time. Although, that did not happen. The employee by the name of Betty was on shift and made my drink. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. My drink had whip cream when I specifically said I cannot have, due to personal reasons. This was a easy fix and I had no problem waiting to get it redone. Although, this did not happen. After I told the lady my order was incorrect she grabbed the drink, popes the lid open and pulled the trash can out and grabbed a spoon. She then stuck the spoon in and scooped the cream out. I thought this was a little rude, but thought nothing of it until she saw my reaction and stated, "What? You want me to remake it?" Read moreFor starters, I am an avid bike rider. This is the only Starbucks around town without at least one table outdoors(yes, there is enough space and the used to have a table). In addition, there is no bike rack in sight. I shrugged my shoulders and entered with my bike. I was told to leave my bike outside. The employee was dismissive as well. I asked if there were bike racks (maybe he knew the location of a rack that was near). He abruptly answered, "No." It would have been nice if the employee would have put forth a little effort to exhibit a little professionalism, especially when he is obviously aware of the lack of places to secure a bike. Read moreAbsolutely horrid customer service. They closed the lobby an hour early while they had four staff members inside working although they were still taking online orders for in store pick up. They refused to give us our order unless I went through the drive through in a car but I was walking my dog with my wife so obviously I didn’t have my car with me at the time. Hence why I placed the order for an in-store pick up! The tattooed heavier set lady was beyond rude and had an absurd attitude.
