In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

New Review Our food almost always comes out perfect here. Sometimes my wife's extra well done burgers are still pink, and sometimes my light well fries come out extra well done, and whenever I ask for A LOT of salt, I end up with 4 packs, but if I ask for a little ketchup I get a handful, overall they try to do good and I go here week after week.

Old Review This In-N-Out is great! Dine in service is always busy but if you can find a table you'll have some great food! Drive-thru is where I dock a star, while for the majority of people you'll have that same 5 star experience, for those of you who want your meat cooked well-done you seem to have a 50/50 chance of actually getting your meat cooked to your liking, unless you ask for manager supervision, but let's face it, that's awkward to ask and shouldn't be necessary. Aside from that I've never left with the wrong order, every item always makes it to your bag! Every employee is friendly and appears to take pride in their work, which is something other establishments...

I just want to know what I need to do to get a fresh meal from you guys again, the first two times I went to in n out after I moved here, they really set the bar high and the food was so good it blew my mind, but the last FOUR times I went back for that same experience I was thoroughly disappointed. Usually ending up with a cold and stale burger in my hands that I waited 30 minutes for. Most recently, 10 minutes ago I got animal style fries and double double, the double was bearable but very underwhelming and cold, but the fries were so stale and cold with cheese and sauce, I went for a bite and the whole medium fry was nothing short of a solid STALE brick of fries stuck together. And my 3 experiences before today were relatively the same. So I really just want to know what time and what day should I show up to get a actual fresh, edible meal like what I got the first two times....

i love in & out. but for some reason when i ordered #2. cheeseburger meal and a shake, the tall with a very nice tan male server suggested me to try neo, a combination of all 3 shakes. I washed my hands before i ate. i enjoyed eating even if there were 3 little kiddies yelling and shouting but it was fun. going home, i had to hurry driving 25 miles because my stomach was feeling so bad. i had LBM/diarrhea. Taken Peptobismal, drank coke, ate rice, drank gatorade, water, eaten banana and apple (from lunch - 7:30pm) but i still feel weak and now i went to the restroom again. that was the only thing i ate for my lunch. I don't know. maybe the shake, im not sure. i like in & out but this time, i have to give it a grade of 2 stars. this ia my first time to have diarrhea this bad and i had never had it with any in & out. but the servers...
