Bulk scrambled eggs, pork, sausage links, sausage, gravy, and biscuits are served by an employee. Bread, bagels, cream cheese, cinnamon rolls, and some muffins. Several HBO/MAX channels. We only had one remote, worked on both TVs. Ice machine across atrium convenient for apartment unit not so much for upstairs. McDonald’s right next-door, Taco Bell close by and Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Safeway l& target a mile drive. Easy exit to 101 freeway .No coffee tea water out during day only breakfast. Weren’t there Monday through Thursday for happy hour.Plenty of parking, extra lot at the La Quinta next door typically empty. One water bottle per day per room. Water bottles for purchase $2 each. Snacks, drinks. microwaveable food for sale by front desk. Air conditioning unit controls on wall, even though looks like they’re on units: those often inoperable Cute little farm store called Andy’s about a mile away east. TVs in both rooms. Closet only in bedrooms. I’m very picky, definitely some wear and tear, but it is clean enough for me. Older hotel with nice setup. Staff great. Very helpful with most needs, except apparently kitchen cooking accoutrements. Not a five-star hotel, but a four star rating based on amenities available and in the area. We would come back.|Rooms hotel quiet Generator located outside window of the apartment bedroom. Good that didn’t come on. I was not there for the view, so it did not matter. Large truck parked outside by the generator one night, but when I woke up in morning it gone. I didn’t hear it leave and my window was ajar. Or toaster in atrium for breakfast. No ice maker in fridge; put your ice bucket in there with the ice which is right across the atrium. Garbage disposal in the sink was nice.||As stated, we will stay here again. We were greeted as club members, all the staff is nice. It appears to be the nicest place to stay in the area with all the offered amenities based on hours of my research.||No bellhops, it is not that level of hotel. But there were the rolling luggage carriers available across from the front lobby.||Was also a work out room and indoor pool which we did not use. Go ahead and book your stay, and remember to tip the staff! Especially the nice ladies serving your breakfast and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a positive impression on me. In just a few words, it was clean and nice, with comfortable beds and a genuinely friendly staff. Here's a more detailed review of my experience.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its cleanliness. The lobby was immaculate, and there was a fresh, inviting scent in the air. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout my stay, which made me feel at ease, especially in these times when health and safety are of utmost importance. The clean and well-maintained environment significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction with the hotel.
One of the standout features of my stay was the quality of the beds. The hotel room was equipped with a king-sized bed that was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The mattress and bedding were of high quality, and I had a restful night's sleep each night of my stay. Whether I was there for leisure or business, coming back to a comfortable bed was always a highlight of my day.
The staff at the hotel was another key factor that made my stay memorable. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm welcome, the housekeeping team that kept my room spotless, or the restaurant staff who served delicious meals, everyone I encountered was dedicated to providing top-notch service. The friendliness of the staff added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel valued as a guest.
In addition to the welcoming staff, the hotel's amenities and services were commendable. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The quality of the food was excellent, and I enjoyed dining in a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel provided various conveniences such as room service, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center, which enhanced the overall guest experience.
The location of the hotel was also advantageous. It was situated in a convenient area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply unwind, the hotel's location made it effortless to do so.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations. Read moreOur family of 6 booked this hotel because they offered a 2 room suite that could accommodate all of us comfortably and the hotel appeared clean and new.
Upon arrival we checked in with no problems. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell. It smelt like they bombed the room with febreeze, it instantly made us feel nauseous.
The couch in the living area was falling apart and had things poking out of it. I pulled out the 2 sofa beds to get them ready and made and the one in the bedroom was completely broken. I went to the front desk and the gentleman came to look at it and apologized. He showed me another room on the second floor but it only slept 4. He said our room was the biggest one and he was really sorry. He said his manager will be in tomorrow morning at 7a, and I'm sure he will comp you your room.
So, our 2 teens had to sleep on the couches that were falling apart and stained. They didn't sleep well.
The room otherwise has loud refrigerators that make a loud noise every 5 minutes, the couches are stained, the floors were dirty and did I mention the smell?
The next day I went straight to the front desk and was told no manager was in and he wouldn't be in for another 3 days. I just got off the phone with him after waiting and he thought I was some other guest and was being unpleasant, then upon realizing I was someone else, apologized, told me they are replacing the couches and said he would credit me back $30....far from a room comp. I was never expecting a room comp in the first place but the gentlemen told me that's what would happen so then I expected it. If you have a large family, I would reccomend staying somewhere else. The hotel looks new on the outside, but the rooms and furniture are falling apart. I would not recommend this hotel to any family or friends. And it has now been over a week and I never recieved a refund like the manager said...
