For any aspiring fast food restaurateurs, accept from me this one simple suggestion, this one tiny morsel of advice: choose your employees well. Hire only empathetic people; which is to say, workers who can imagine themselves standing in the customer's shoes. Any prospective employee who would not be angered or disgusted to be on the receiving end of a food order which is sloppy, cold, over-cooked, dried out, burnt, stale, mushy, or leaking - the candidate who cannot convey to you a sense of righteous anger for having been served inedible garbage such as that - that person should not be hired. Period, end of story. You, Mister or Madam restaurant owner, must take great care to insure each of your workers feel responsible and empowered to serve only the absolute best example of whatever the menu calls for. The employees that work for you MUST know what the food items are supposed to look like, how they are expected to taste. It is not necessary to be a straight-A student or math champion or the fastest worker in the world. It's quite enough that the person employeed to assembly a chicken sandwich recognize whether the product which they are preparing is good enough to be eaten by their own mom - on Mother's day - in church - surrounded by news cameras. Empathy is the key trait you...
Read moreI have been doing mobile orders at this location for some time already and almost all the time they got everything right but ever since they got the chicken popcorn they just keep telling me “We ran out”. So then why do you still have the option on the app? You should let people know that you don’t have a certain item or remove it temporary from the app while you resupply. Instead they make you spend your money and tell you at the store that the only options you have for substitution is chicken nuggets and chicken tenders.
The funny thing is that the last time I was there the cashier was pretty friendly and told me that it would have to be something of the same cash value so I was like fine, at least I can choose this time but then he goes to the back, talks to someone else and comes to tell me “only chicken nuggets or tenders”.
Is not the first time they tell me something at first and then they change their minds. Is pretty annoying ordering something because you crave it before going to work and then they tell you that you only have certain options. Not to mention that this place is always so dirty and there’s bugs flying everywhere.
I am really questioning why do I keep coming back to this location. You guys need to do better, take it coming from a fast food...
Read moreOut of all the jack in the boxes there are two Morgan hill. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait during late notes but not like other jibs. Generous with the dipping sauce. Pretty informative about how long your order is going to be once you get to the window. Out of all my travels from the East Coast all through California I would have to say the two locations in Morgan hill are the most on point out of all of the ones I've been to. I'm a late nite customer so a lot of other locations have the "I would rather be anywhere but here right now please take me out of my misery how dare you come here at 4am and ruin my beauty rest" type attitude. The guys at this location seem alert and attentive despite the...
