Taco Bell — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Update: The food was not fresh and they gave me 5 hot sauce for 4 burritos and a big box..... Yea I don't regret my review at all. It might've been too gracious.

I'm always very respectful and courteous when I enter any establishment. "ESPECIALLY" When they are making my food. So the amount of attitude and ugly looks I got from the staff upon entering were 100 percent uncalled for. The lady who took my order had the worst attitude of all, she definitely did not want to be serving customers today. I never understood that as I worked in the service industry for awhile even while being very depressed and I never took it out on customers..

On top of that my food was to go and as soon after I left I realized they had forgotten 2 of my burritos and had to return (always an inconvenience). I haven't tried the food yet because due to all the negative energy in there I lost my appetite momentarily. I understand the people "working there" do NOT appreciate my business therefore I will never be back. I'm sure if someone from corporate showed up the vibe would be completely...

I would strongly condemn going to this one particular taco bell in Morgan Hill. Very rude, unprofessional and untrained staff here that doesn't know how to take, talk and deal with a customer. And you will never get whatever you ask for here on this location. For example last time I asked for 2-3 hot sauces and the guy rudely drops the whole box onto my hand flooding my hand and the ground with hot sauce sachets.. today I ordered nachos bell grande and asked for some extra beef and all I got was dry nachos with extra beans on top and beef that could barely cover 2 broken nachos... So please if you want to go home and enjoy your taco bell then please drive another 15 minutes to gilroy and get your taco bell otherwise if you are already pissed and and to add oil in the fire just because you haven't reached that level of anger and looking for some more picante salsa to add onto it then you are welcome to go to this taco bell and...

This may sound petty, but I'm done with ordering (and paying) for "extra cheese" on my menu item and receiving nothing. I specifically said while ordering "can you PLEASE really add extra cheese because it never actually happens." And of course, I get home and there's actually LESS cheese on my little bean burrito than the regular standard bean burrito. 4th time now. This is a particularly bad location to source your Taco Bell cravings. I would suggest driving to the Monterey St. Taco Bell (also in Morgan Hill) because the Condit Rd. location is wildly inconsistent and can't get it right even if you make it a point to...
