Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered pizzas from this location today for a work event and will never order pizza from this place or Pizza Hut for that matter ever again. 1) When I called I literally was on hold for 7 minutes before being assisted, 2) I placed my order at 12:15 and was told that it would be about 45 minutes as it was lunch time and they were busy...ok, 3) 1:30pm no call, no show, and the staff pizza party I was throwing was scheduled to be at 1pm based on what I was told from the person I placed the order with, 4) I have a staff person call at 1:30pm and the response they got was that the delivery driver hadn't even left, 5) 1:45pm, I call and speak with the manager Tammy who was not helpful, who only provided excuses, and the fact that our business gives them a lot of business she didn't even offer to make amends or credit me....I had to ask what she had to offer for such a hassle and with no communication to us what was going on or that the pizza would be late, etc. 6) She only offered a $10 credit towards my next purchase which I explained there would be no further purchases from our facility if she didn't find a way to remedy this situation and at least credit me the minimal $10 on my current purchase. She said she couldn't find my ticket because the delivery driver had already left...I gave them my credit card information over the phone so I did not feel that was a valid explanation. In the end, I was so fed up with the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and trying to make it right, that I told her never mind, and that our company would no longer be using their business ever again! It took over 2 hours to get our delivery and the pizza was not even hot. Unbelievable! Especially when we are such a big contributor to...

Pretty disappointed. We’ve order from this location many times before. We usually order delivery. Tonight we ordered pick up. As a busy, full-time working mom, we pack in as many errands in one outing as possible. Which is exactly why we ordered pizza tonight. As we finished our errands and went to pick up the pizza we were informed our order was cancelled and given away because they didn’t know if we were coming. Granted it took longer than expected, maybe 45 minutes to an hour after the expected ready time. But that’s the whole point of pizza. I was fine with pizza that had been sitting in the warmer. It was going to sit at our house for a couple hours after picking it up anyways as we finished all we had to do today! I asked the guy why he didn’t try to contact us at all. He had no answer. When we reordered his manager asked him what happened and he blatantly lied saying we were three hours late… I guarantee the pizza was given/ taken for the staff. I’m all for staff getting free dinners on mistakes/ no claims… but this dinner was claimed. It was not theirs to give, especially as it had been paid for and my family was expecting it. However I’m supposed to be satisfied with a twenty percent discount and getting to sit in the lot for my order to be remade. This is really not how this is supposed...

First let me start by saying I haven't even received my food so I will change that once I get my order.....if I ever do. I placed an order for delivery and it's been more than an hour and a half at this point. It said my delivery would be here between 7:02pm and 7:15pm. When I checked at 7:25pm it still said preparing. I've tried to call the store multiple times and each time I get sent to a call center and they can't do anything for me. I've came across 3 different #s between Google and the app and all 3 were the same. I've sat on hold for probably a total of 30 min. This is absolutely ridiculous. If the order is this delayed they should atleast call! Now at this point it says estimated order delivery is 39 min then went down to 27 now it's back up to 29. My bf is on his way to the store to just pick it up. I want my delivery fee back at the very least. I have hungry kids and it's now 8pm on a school night. I find it unreal that they don't have better service when offering online ordering...
