Sleep Number — Hotel in Myrtle Beach

We purchased up to 40% off Flex top King ILE SN Smart bed FCS. For $6500 king mattress with a Base. 1. Rich, our sales person was A+ went beyond what a sales person does, even came to our house twice b/c we had so many issues from the time they delivered our bed. .2. There is no white glove treatment. 3. Delivery people are just hired contractors. They do not work for Sleep Number.. 4. We have A canopy bed so upon delivery, the Sleep Number did not fit so it was decided to tear our iron 9 foot canopy bed apart left in our living room and dining room.5. Call Customer Service and waited 9️⃣ days before they sent two other men to come raise the bed and Rich came as well on his day off. 6. Our bed is finally set up however, my husband and I both would rank it a 3 as far as Sleep goes for the price that we paid, we should be counting sheep’s when we go to bed, that is not happening. You must wait 30 days to return bed, iyou are stuck with the base which is a little over $2000. From day, 1️⃣ when they tore our canopy bed apart, I asked To Speak to management higher up,, the manager in the store could do nothing nor the sales person and we did not hear from no upper management,(Very poor Customer Service) We feel like they just took our money and that’s that. We had mixed reviews from friends 50% loved it, 50% did not unfortunately we are waking up with more pain than our previous mattress, for $6500. I would expect to wake up feeling like 1 million bucks. We will be returning the bed and taking the loss of $2000 for the base. Which will go with any mattress it’ll lift the top part of bed.. We had the rare privilege to sleep on the Sleep number i8 at our son's home up North and never realized how therapeutic great sleep could be.

As young seniors with severe back and hip issues we decided to visit the Sleep Number store in Myrtle Beach at our son's urging.

We were given an extensive tour of each bed's features by an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant representative, Nadine.

All of our children live out of state and we began to realize we had to make an investment in our own health in order to continue to take care of each other. So we purchased the Sleep Number i10. Although it is on order and we will have to wait to receive delivery, we are so happy we invested in the i10.

My experience with Coastal Sleep Number Bed Store was Awesome! Deena was absolutely amazing my experience actually started before I ever got to the store. I work 6 days a week so getting there was a little iffy. I have been desperately needing a new mattress, back and side pains, tossing & turning all night and waking up every couple of hours. I've always thought about getting a Sleep Number Bed, but of course I have questions and concerns. Deena and I started talking and she started answering my questions, so basically we thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but after getting to the store I started thinking and talking about different options and the smile never left her face. I couldn't get there til well after 7pm and the store closed at 8pm, well it was way after 8pm before we left. She took the time and had the patience to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and what was exactly right for my needs.I guess you can tell I can't say enough about my experience, even when I walked in they called me by name and ever saw me before.
