It’s too bad you can’t give a review with a 0 rating. The clothing and dresses are great and reasonably priced but the customer service is terrible!!! I took my daughter there to try on dresses for her 8th grade formal. After entering the dressing room we realized we had 2 dresses that were the same style but different colors. My daughter asked me to exchange one for another dress she liked. I was told no because we had 6 dresses, which is the limit in the dressing room. I had the duplicate dress in my hands and said I will give you this one and get the other one she likes so we will still only have 6 dresses. The employee said no. She said my daughter had to get redressed, exit the dressing room, get the other dress she liked and get in the back of the line to wait on a new dressing room. Unbelievable!!! Im giving it 3 starts because I LOVED their dresses but for some reason I was never able to order the dress I fell in love with. I contacted customer service and they said I needed to enter all my information exactly as it was at my bank and I confirmed at least 5 times that I did. I'm still very upset because I wanted that dress for an upcoming wedding and havent found another one I like more than that one. Sadly won't be ordering from here. Staff was somewhat helpful. Fast-fashion, cheaply made, overpriced, most of the clothing would be perfect if your name is Bambi and you're up next on Stage 2, Pole 3. Pretty limited sizes. My niece wears a 12/14 and very few items were in her size. She's also 5'8", and items in her size were so short they cupped underneath her rear end and her boyshorts were longer than the dresses.
