Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Where to begin? The manager who normally works nights. Well the only manager I've ever seen working is likely the most poor spoken person I've ever met who calls herself a manager. While I've spoken to this manager directly before and had issues. What I normally observe is abusive, degrading behavior towards her employees. She has absolutely nothing nice to say to the people who work under her. She takes complete and utter control of the entire operation. I understand management and restaurant operations. As a former general manager I can speak with direct experience in how you run a front of house and back of house.

I don't believe this review will change anything because this "night manager" is absolute best friends with the operator of this location. So letting her best friend go isn't an option. I'll be sure to skip this location from this point forward and just get my Chic-Fil-A from 10th Ave - whom has the best...

Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. This is the only chic fil a that has ever been rude. I'm a delivery driver and I've been here twice to pick up orders and no one greets the customers, no one thank any customers, when calling a customer to get their order they yelled hey miss. I stood over in order pickup for over 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me there at all, so I step over to a register and tell them I'm there to pick up a to go order to be told go stand over there and I said I have been and not one person has even acknowledged me standing there. So I go back after about 5 minutes some employee hands a drink over to me saying here is your drink still nothing else after a few minutes hands me a bag and says nothing and turns away.
