What can I say about these guys? Absolutely fantastic customer service and premium products at fair cost. I was in the market looking for a Nintendo 64, and very quickly found one for a very fair price that came with two red controllers. Called and spoke to them on the phone, and place the order within just a couple minutes. That night I get home, and the business is closed, To find out that my wife had gotten rid of all of my Nintendo 64 games… 😑 So of course, the very next morning I called and leave a message asking you to cancel my order for a Nintendo 64, And the customer service there even Took it upon themselves To call me, and to verify that I wanted to cancel the order. After explaining my situation, the refund was delivered immediately, and there was no problems at all. Would absolutely recommend this place of business, despite not even buying anything...

I'm giving the customer service 5 stars. I was a little disappointed that my gently used Nintendo Switch lite was over $200 and I was only able to get $50. I also brought in a Wii console, with a sensor bar, remote without a back and all the cords and that was only worth $10, when those are still sold at full price for $200 and it's a 20 year old console. I took the money, then had someone want to buy it after over 2 weeks of having it on Marketplace for $100 that same night. I was like oh well that's life sometimes. Give your stuff you don't use to friends and family or take them to a hospital for kids who don't have stuff like that. Don't waste your time. But thank you for great...
