Hobby Lobby — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Our family has been a loyal customer of Hobby Lobby for many years. Today I was further reminded of the reason we remain loyal.

My wife and I were experiencing a great deal of frustration with faulty Christmas tree lights on a pre lit tree that was purchased 3 seasons ago. I noticed a limited 3 year warranty that was printed on the box. Thinking we had a warranty, we dismantled the tree, boxed it up and take it back to Hobby Lobby to inquire about a replacement.

The store manager greeted me to explain the stores warranty policy. The news I got wasn’t what I wanted to hear but the customer service was more than I could ever imagine! The tree came with a ‘Manufactures’ limited 3 year warranty. I was 7 days past that warranty date. I learned that Hobby Lobby has a 30-90 day return policy for all damaged items but my issue was with the manufacture.

I want to give special recognition to the store manager Mr Jeff Lawson. He went above his responsibilities to deliver amazing customer interaction. Jeff actually took his time to discover the reason for the faulty lights. He removed the entire tree from its box and laid it out on the floor. He proceeded to check all the strands and builds. He checked the fuses as well. He truly went out of his way to solve our problem. His kindness will long be remembered each year that we light our tree! I went to this location looking for some items to put together gift boxes for a large wedding party and was having a hard time finding something would work.

In comes one of the nicest and most cordial gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.

I interrupted Keith while he was diligently restocking products on the shelves and he stopped everything he was doing to assist me. We found some boxes that would work, but definitely not enough in stock for my needs. Keith took it upon himself to call another location and find out if they had what I needed. Unfortunately that didn't work either and we found an alternative solution.

When I needed additional assistance finding some ribbon, Keith walked me over to another team member and spoke highly of his staff and their ability to assist me with what I needed.

The entire staff at this location was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible.

It may not have been what I wanted, but I found what I needed and it's all due to Keith and his team on this day. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable...

A great place to find a ton of things you never knew you needed and wanted. So much to look at, and all organized by sections and aisles. Everything is easily found and there is plenty of every item to choose from. I've never had an issue with items not being in stock and I've always been able to find what I'm looking for plus some. Employees are plentiful and easily found all around the store. They are happy to answer questions and are fairly knowledgeable on most products. There have been a few times someone couldn't answer a question for me but they quickly found someone who could and that is just as good as if they knew themselves. Only issues have been that I've found many items to be over priced and I've had to return items that were broken, or had missing parts. I've also had some holiday decor break very easily after removing it from it's packaging. They did rectify every incident without hesitation and I was pleased with their services...
