Both of my kids started attending Little Scholars Daycare III (West End ave) at the age of 2 and completed Pre-K here. Thanks to this school, I was able to concentrate on my work knowing my babies are in good hands. The staff is amazing—they are always welcoming and greet us with smiles every morning. The kids even leave school with hugs from their teachers :)) They are very strict about drop off/ pick ups - which I really love. My kids never cried or complained; they were always excited to go back to the daycare. They just love this school and the environment. Throughout the day, I receive lots of pictures and videos of my kids and their groups, along with messages about what they've done. The staff is very responsive in chats.
There are different activities, fun projects, lots of amazing kids' shows full of dances and performances, field trips, and as my kids say, "parties every day." The staff organizes special events like character days, parent engagement parties, and activities. Every week, they have something fun planned. They ensure that every holiday is celebrated and explained to the kids. This school really pays attention to education while also making sure the kids have fun. Thank you to amazing staff!! Ms. Nina is an amazing director—very understanding and professional! Special thanks to Ms. Debbie for her excellent teaching skills, and thank you to all the amazing teachers: Ms Julia, Ms Sweta, Ms Camille, Ms Haliya at...
Read moreAmazing! Amazing! Amazing! My kids and I absolutely love this place. I accidentally came across it when I really needed a day care ASAP. The intake/admission specialist was able to place both of my kids (then 1.5 and 3yo) at this school. It took some adjusting to the new routine but the friendly and knowledgeable staff including all teachers made it all that much easier. My kids come out smiling and excited to tell me about their day everytime. Almost every day they have music and dance classes. They also have character visits quite often (Elsa, Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, baby shark and many more) where they get to socialize, play games and explore. They also organize school shows for Christmas, Mother’s Day and also other events like Pajama and soup days, parent Thanksgiving breakfast, parent reading books and more. It is very engaging. I receive photos of my kiddos multiple times a day which is so amazing. You get to see how much fun they have while learning. Plus home made meals are a huge plus! The staff is very communicative and responsive to any arising issues. Thank you for taking care of my kids like they are your own! And teaching them. I am forever grateful that I...
Read moreI would like to share my experience of meeting this daycare or rather its manager. It was last summer, I was looking for a suitable daycare for my baby and came to the tour. The meeting took place directly with the manager in a rather pretentious manner. I don’t know if she is always so arrogant or only with me. At that time, I was not working and asked if they accept vouchers for their services from the state. To which she answered that “in general, no one from “white people” pays with vouchers and at the moment they do not have places with vouchers. Although earlier on the phone I was told that they accept. The second point, which was decisive, she told me that since my child receives services (early intervention program), teachers will have to re-register with her company, otherwise she will not let them in. About a year has passed since that moment. I then marked several day care but I have never encountered such a disgusting impression anywhere else. By the way, I quickly found a job and I didn't have to use the voucher and my child goes to a wonderful daycare. I just remember it very much and I want to warn other parents not to waste their time visiting...
