Was happy to find a place in the bronx where you cam enjoy some frozen ice cream but unfortunately i will not be coming back because of the lack service. My three year old dauther drop her ice cream in the flood by mistake with out even eating a spoon, i went inside and ask if i can refill a little since it was and accident. The guy in the register went and ask his manager (RENE) but he/she say plain and simple NO. That was very rude of him/her without even know if was an accident. I end up buying another because it was never about the money... she is just a kid and accidents happens, in other places they will replace it without even thinking about it twice. Thanks RENE for the lack of service and...

Nonetheless staff is very nice and attentive and it is a good yogurt spot if you are in the area and want dessert after eating Italian Food. They also have smoothies but...
