Peachwave Frozen Yogurt — Local services in New York

Was happy to find a place in the bronx where you cam enjoy some frozen ice cream but unfortunately i will not be coming back because of the lack service. My three year old dauther drop her ice cream in the flood by mistake with out even eating a spoon, i went inside and ask if i can refill a little since it was and accident. The guy in the register went and ask his manager (RENE) but he/she say plain and simple NO. That was very rude of him/her without even know if was an accident. I end up buying another because it was never about the money... she is just a kid and accidents happens, in other places they will replace it without even thinking about it twice. Took my son to peachwave because he wanted to have some frozen yogurt.Dont know if this female was the manager or what but she needs to learn how to speak to people.My son is a child with special needs though u can't tell but he went to get a cherry to put into his frozen yogurt and this employee had an attitude and told my son not to touch the cherries,so my son got scared and dropped the cherryand she goes and tells one of the other employees to take the whole cherry container and dump them.my son felt embarrased and wanted to leave.I sure as hell wont be taking my son there again...Train your employees on how to have manners and...

Came upon this place while walking through the Little Italy of the Bronx. I would say Red Mango or 16 handles is better because of the selection, but this place isn't bad so don't skip it. They have flavor offerings that I had not seen before at other frozen yogurt stores. " Pineapple & Pina Colada" Their fruit toppings like mango and pineapple were very frozen and that is where they get a star off as compared to other froyo spots which have fresh fruits.
