orders can take longer than 1 hour to prepare, be very careful when ordering if you need a speedy meal. No dining area and overcrowded with delivery people. No cash payments are accepted here either, it seems to be extremely disorganized as I've seen 20-30 or more delivery people arrive, pick up their order and leave.....like why is my order continuously pushed back. If you need a kitchen manager, reach out. There needs to be organization and structure so incidents like this are prevented in the future. my order number is #y89ba placed at 5:57pm and it's now 7:02....not to mention my order was marked ready almost immediately after I placed it, maybe to keep order times low but not cool, and by the way the ONLY available option is pick up, so I dont understand the reply from owner, kinda sounds automated like they dont really care. Really felt bad for the counter person as the delivery people are extremely impatient and make the entire expo process excruciating. WHAT IMPROVEMENTS...

The area where the food is picked up is ALWAYS poorly managed. If I place an order and come 35-40 minutes later to pick it up, why do I have to wait another 15-30 Minutes for somebody just to come to the front to review my order to pick it up? Sometimes the guys in the front will look at my order, tell me it’s not ready, check everybody else’s order and then have me standing there for more than a justifiable time as if they forgot that I’m here to pick up. On 2 separate occasions that has happened and my food was sitting on the shelf the entire time!! You can’t make this up. And then when you get to the store there is no line. Everybody just cuts in front of you as if they don’t see you there so you have no choice but to say something because people lack manners now a days, why can’t they regulate the store and make everyone go in a single file line and wait their turn. Food is 9/10 but service is way below what it should be fix your...

I was tired of eating the same things and came across Basha at the Bronx Food Co. How did I not know they existed and so close to home?!?!?Basha serves Middle Eastern cuisine. I ordered a build your own bowl with chicken kebab, arugula, yellow basmati, baba-ghanoush, tobouleh, corn salad, cucumber, sumac onions and feta cheese. All of that for $15.99!!! (Great Deal) I added an order of Basha Fries bc I needed a min. of $20 for delivery. OMG... Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The bowl was very filling. The only thing is I feel they could've given a bit more chicken. The fries were well seasoned and the portion was shareable which is great for the price of $8.39. I will definitely be ordering from here again and trying...
