I was looking for a place in Newport and called to check on pet policy. I specifically asked if cats were allowed as we were traveling with ours. The response was "Oh my God no!". Very rude throughout the entire conversation. These are service animals and had she not literally hung up on me I would have mentioned it. I can't imagine what it must be like...
