I am a very regular customer of subway at Jiffymart, Newport, NH, so much so the staff recognizes me on sight, i rarely have to tell them my name. They will grab my order for me without me saying a word. I order at least once a week. I have had my shares of issues, but the staff is always willing to do what is necessary to make it right and I am appreciative and thankful for that.
All issues I have had over the years is either, issues when I order on the app (not in person to supervise) or in doordash delivery. I had subs made wrong to completely wrong sub to missing items. Subway is always willing to make it right. Subway has done remakes for me to giving me a refund. I used to tip on the app as a way to encourage them to make it right the first time when im not in person to supervise. I have had too many issues that I no longer tip on the app. Sometimes the issues are caused by incompetent staff, they do hire once in a while a really dumb people, I have experienced some of them. Most of the staff are wonderful.
My overall experiences at Newport Subway are good to excellent, I give 4 out of 5 stars. I have never had a 1 star experience and i have only had a 2 star experience only one time, due to a dumb associate that no longer works there, she made me the wrong sub when i specify it when i order, had to have them remake it. I do wish corporate Subway would update the app to show updated inventory of cookies. More often then not when I order cookies on the app, the store is out. I would also like to be able to file a claim for a refund on the app as well, I was told you can get a refund from the app and I can't find it, but the store is awesome in making things right.

Read moreMy husband had ordered us dinner and my protein bowl was all wrong. It was suppose to be a protein bowl with turkey and bacon. When we got home, my husband thought it didnt look right . He tried it before me to see what exactly it was. Sadly it was tuna and bacon. Very dissappointed. I couldnt eat it because I am allergic to fish.
When he realized it , it was too late to drive 20 minutes back to have them remake my protein bowl.
And one of girls wasnt in uniform but in a dress showing cleavage which seemed inapproriate for work. Her hair was not under a hat either but she was in food subway side behind food counter. Read moreGiving a two instead of a one because I love the people who work there and the food is usually great. But their service and management is terrible. I called to order a party platter for tomorrow (24 hour notice is what most people ask for) and the woman I spoke to said they can’t do it. There was no negotiation or hesitation in her speech, just flat out can’t do it. They wouldn’t have enough bread and the manager wasn’t there to talk to about it. She suggested I come in and order 16 actual subs instead, AS IF that would save them bread?!?! So rather than give them the $150 I had stashed away for them, I went to Shaws instead, who happily made me two sandwich platters and a fruit platter for a whopping $40.
TL;DR, Newport subway is great for individual meals but don’t bother with the platters...
