First Tee World Golf Village — Hotel in Nocatee

This was our second time staying here, the first time was two years ago and nothing seems to have changed. This place has lovely grounds and a great place to golf. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, especially Antonio. Inside our unit was another story. The floors were very nasty looking as if someone took a pick and chipped up the marble looking floors. Each cabinet was sticky on the inside and outside. Someone came to fix the stickiness but with hardly any improvement. This unit also had old furniture that desperately needs replacement. The dresser and nightstand drawers were difficult to open and two drawers fell out when opened. I would rate our unit as a 2 star at the most had it not been for the terrific staff and the incredibly beautifully...

My friend and I stayed at the hotel Renaissance. The staff were A-1, the house keeping were great, and John was terrific. He helped me (am disabled) get to our vehicle and helped with the luggage and was always asking how he could assist us. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend this facility to anyone visiting St.Augustine. I will be going back in October for another visit and will be staying there...

It is a nice and clean place, even the pool was available despite being winter, the only thing I did not like; It was the little dog that wouldn't stop barking because the owner left it in the room while he was celebrating New Years Eve in the lobby... Oh! and the didn't have a microwave , to me that is a plus, becauseI couldn't make my coffee and cereal or warm up my food...
