STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This motel is horrible! Just keep on driving past this place if your looking for a place to stay. Let's start with the staff, first impression was... Well just as worse as the rest. First we were left unhelped in the lobby for ten to fifteen minutes before we were greeted by the rude staff, not cool at all. Doesn't help that the people working there, their "staff",hardly speak English at all, so forget about asking for extra towels or anything at all.The rates were unbelievably expensive for the quality of room and size. I have never seen a room so small and also dirty, no dirty's the wrong word, filthy is the right one, at the same time. You think with a small they would be able to keep it clean. The wall paper in the room was falling off and peeling around the entire room. All the pictures were upside down. The toilets don't seem to flush. Oh and I forgot to mention there were NO SHEETS on the bed at all. Only a comforter that was made to look like the bed had been made properly. The room had this weird and horrific odor that is now stuck on my clothes that I was wearing cause I didnt bring anything else into the room, thank god for that. Now if you do for some reason end up staying here make certain the door is locked. I have never had this happen before but the staff ended up knocking on my door in the morning, an unacceptable time to be coming to anyone's door unless your friends with that person and they know your on your way, and that's not all they did. I say lock your door because if its not they will walk right in. I'm lucky my door was locked and I heard them knock, after knocking and being told away they then proceeded to unlock my door and attempt to enter the room!!! Way unexpected and also way unprofessional. The man who runs the hotel is the one at the door which is even worse. Horrible customer service, the man believes he can talk to anyone the way he wants and is entirely too rude to be in the service industry, actually too rude to work anywhere.

Listen up, fellow budget travelers! If you're looking for oceanfront luxury at Motel 6 prices, I've found the holy grail: Oceanside Inn & Suites. Recently renovated (goodbye Forensic lab 1970s carpet), this place is situated so perfectly near the beach that I had to double-check my credit card statement. The location is so good it should be illegal at this price point.

The Indian staff deserves special mention – their hospitality really stood out, helping exactly when you need something. Sure, there were some challenges and creative interpretations of the English language happening, but honestly, I'd rather have someone who can't pronounce "continental breakfast" but treats me like royalty than a perfectly fluent receptionist who sours when I interrupt their TikTok time.

Now for the room itself: CLEAN. Like, "I'd actually walk barefoot here" clean. However, I should mention the walls are what scientists would classify as "molecularly thin."

I could hear people outside REALLY NOT enjoying their vacation. Nothing a sound machine app couldn't fix, though.

And the bed – not the most comfortable mattress on what I can only describe as a metal platform that apparently doubles as a percussion instrument. Every time I rolled over, it sounded like I was laying on rusty springs alone. My midnight bathroom trip created a symphony that likely had my neighbors contemplating whether I was rearranging furniture at 3 AM.

But here's the bottom line: for what I paid, this place is an absolute no-brainer. You're getting way more than you pay for – a solid 3-star experience in what would normally be a 2-star motel, plus that extra star for the staff who treat you like you're staying in the...

Let’s start out by saying I’m only giving this place one star because you have to. If it were up to me it would be ZERO STARS. The staff here are extremely unprofessional. I had a vacation planned for 8 days, they tried to charge my card one hour before I got there and I had not transferred money over yet. Once I got there they said my booking was cancelled. After he REFUSED to check if there are any available rooms he told me “if you can book something on booking.com then you can stay here.” I then proceeded to book another room. When we went back to the desk he told us “no I don’t have a room for YOU” meaning he wasn’t going to allow US to stay there. When we asked the reason behind this he told us that we slammed the door shut, which we did not, and that it was destruction of property (LOL). After that we asked why he was being so hostile and not letting us stay. He proceeded to tell us he was going to call the police even though we were being extremely calm and nice. I said that was fine and that I would love to speak to someone else about this uncalled for situation. He then continues to tell us we were not welcome after he already told us if we made a booking we could stay. Without resolving the situation, he interrupted what I was saying, closed the door in our faces and locked it. We had an 8 day trip planned to stay here and he left us with no place to stay at all, 22 hours from home. This man does not deserve...
