Cassidy Street Beach — Local services in Oceanside

So I should mention that this is one of those areas that and that's the tide is way way out there's really no beach it's mostly just rocks it's high there's no beach at all it's all rock so if you going to go look for getting a place to get a suntan this would not be the spot unless it's extremely low tide that's the only time I said that great view of the ocean from there a couple of park benches it's a spot give it three stars mostly just because you know there's a lot of times you'll see there's a lot of StreetWise people there she wise people meeting some homeless people it's a party spot later at night seems like even daytime I guess so she's doing something you'll find a lot of parties going on underneath all the stairs the stairway area and this is on the spot where the hell lifeguard station but I've literally never seen the lifeguard on duty there ever so just something to be aware of this is definitely not a place for you to suntan great view for just a quick stop in check out the ocean type thing and then go that's really about the best you can do...

Went there for the first time during high tide. Laughed because there was no way to step on the beach itself. But there are a lot of rocks to sit on and I watched as the steps that went to the supposed Beach the water had came up to those stairs. So me and my girlfriend sat there and we watched the sunset and we looked at the rocks and area around us. Which was amazing. Above us there was a unmanned lifeguard post. People stood there and looked over at the water. It was very calming and soothing. We sat there and just talked and admired the scenery until the water started to hit the stairs itself.
