I got biten by a spider while sleeping and had to go straight to emergency room after I checked out and then was stuck there for over 12 hours then there was cocktail roaches constantly crawling in one of rooms in are double room suite and ac was not working good at all didn't start cooling off tell we was checking out the next day tub water barley drained due to so much hair in drain remotes didn't work u had to use tv buttons night front desk worker was really rude wouldn't help us or refund money and said there was no rooms avaliable so I paid for a double room suite and didn't get sleep at all so I paid to stay up all night then next day be up all day stuck at emergency room with a child because I was not able to drive due to Shots and pills they had to give me to help infection and all they could offer me was 15 dollars refunded back to my card what about me getting what I had got room for in first place to sleep and get some rest and relaxing time not pay for miserable time if I wanted that I never would have purchased a room weeks in advance to be sure I got it and the sink in middle only had cold water I had always chosen them when I get rooms and after this I'm not so sure I'll be back unless something is made right about this situation and refund for 20 dollars over roaches that they had said they couldn't find where I had to personally take them upstairs my self and show them plenty of them making them honestly look ridiculous for trying to make it look like I was making it up so I made them take pics of them but they didn't wanna take pic of my leg probably so it wasn't in records but I brought my hospital papers back and made them make copies as I kept mine and took pictures of how bad my leg kept getting through out day even with me in hospital because I had got bites by something bad I'm to the point of all most suing them making them pay for my medical bills and other things especially after I need to sleep and relax due to going unconscious all ready Monday due to someone knocking me over head with metal pole though they had nothing to do with that situation I was all ready in not good situation then they don't wanna fix what should have been done about the problem and put my health and situation in danger I will be talking to my lawyer to see what I should honestly do about this situation in the end cuz at this moment I can barely even walk I'm limping very bad and my thigh is red inflamed so bad even after steroid shots and...
Read moreRoom 319 definitely has bedbugs!!! I advise anyone staying here. Please check mattress thoroughly??? We check in 10-11 in room 319. Room was booked under wife's name Alisha P. Through hotels.com for verification. Check-in went great. And nothing during daytime we noticed from being in and out. First night I noticed I had got bitten by something. I assumed possible mosquito or even flea seeing as hotel is pet friendly. Went to sleep. Brought concerns to my wife's attention next day. Which we still didn't think anything big. Skip to 3am Tuesday night. I awoke to something crawling across neck. Caught it turned on light only to see it was a bedbug. So I immediately woke wife, son and 2 year old granddaughter. Put the offender in a cup and went to front desk. Desk clerk dismissed it saying it was to big for a bedbug. Gave us a different room. As I go back to 319 to inform family we needed to move rooms at 3am. My son had already caught another bug from bed. So I turn and go back to desk with second offender. This time no denying it. All the while I'm asking who is paying to treat my belongings and being ignored. Skip to move to room 433. Which we thoroughly checked this time. Moved belongings and kids. Woke up for checkout because night clerk informed me I would need to wait for manager to be on duty to air complaint. Assistant manager refunded our stay and blew me off yet again about payment for treatment plan. So as not to transfer to our home. So basically moral of story. Read moreThe hotel was clean to me, and the breakfast was OK. Also the dining area seemed to be well stocked for breakfast, and there was always someone there checking on things, or mopping the floor.
I thought the A/C in the room worked well, and was quiet enough. Good hot water in the room, and the fridge worked well. Lot of channels on the TV, but I would've liked a "guide menu" to come up on the TV, so I could see what shows were on which channels- rather than having to click through each channel. I had an issue with the coffee maker in the room, because the coffee packets left in the room didn't match, or fit the coffee maker in the room. So I had to go to the front desk and ask about it. And the woman at the desk found and gave me a different coffee maker to fit the coffee packets- which I appreciated, as I like to have coffee in my room in the morning- where I don't have to get all dressed & go downstairs to the lobby for a couple cups of coffee in the morning to start my day. I appreciated that the location seemed safe, and I didn't feel my car would be broken into at night, or that I'd be harassed by anyone when I was coming and going. (Could've used a trash can outside, so I could get rid of things in my car after driving around for a day or two.) And it was very close to the freeway on-ramp, which made getting on the freeway quick & convenient.
