We came here excited to try this place for the first time. The positive is that a member of the staff was polite and willing to help us find things that we might want to try. We both ordered a bacon Mexican hot dog, as well as a loaded asada Nachos that was $12. The menu in store and online both have the bacon mexican hot dog priced at $4 each. When we looked at our receipt, we saw that we had been charged $4 and an additional $2 for bacon on each hotdog. When we went to the counter and pointed out that the menu said one thing but was charged more. The young lady seemed confused at first. Then, another coworker came up and said that they had to ring it up that way. And that I could come around the counter and look at the screen. They said that they needed to update the menu. I informed them that the website said $4 as well. And they seemed unaware. I would think that they would refund the $4 or at least say can we apply it towards something else because we were about to order a few of their desserts. However, when we saw that they weren't willing to correct their mistake, we just decided to leave. Bad business practices that can have a company lose out on more money is not the way to go. This is a form of stealing from your customers. Especially since not everyone ask for a receipt or would notice the extra charges that are not supposed to be their. 1 star because they should not run their business with deception and...
Read moreWe tried Snack Attack for the first time around a month ago. Since then we have returned about once a week. We have been there when it's extremely busy and when it was basically dead. The employees have been incredibly friendly under both conditions. It didn't matter that they were running themselves ragged in order to serve all of the customers in line as quickly as possible. They still took the time to answer any questions, provide samples and give suggestions with a smile on their faces while doing so. (I'm guessing...because they had masks on, covering those smiles, but their eyes looked happy!) The inside is usually kept clean and has several booths and a few tables, along with a few tables and chairs outside. The food is fantastic! I recommend the coconut water!! The churros are yummy and warm. A heaping plate of nachos from Snack Attack once fed me three meals! I appreciated that there were abundant toppings throughout the chips. Most fast food nachos have a small amount of cheese and other toppings sitting on top of a pile of chips. Usually the ratio is off, and you don't have enough toppings for all of the chips. That is not an issue at Snack Attack. If you are really hungry and looking for something salty instead of sweet, give the nachos a try! The ice cream is a hit with the rest of my family. I can't wait...

That girl responded with a bad attitude (very bad customer service) and she had very long nails which that is so disgusting to be handling food. I am never...
