I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sierra during my recent visit to IHOP, and I felt compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, Sierra’s warm and inviting demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
Sierra greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel immediately welcomed. Her attentiveness was evident as she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and fully aware of the menu options, especially when I had questions about new seasonal items. She displayed an in-depth knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. It was clear that Sierra took pride in her role and valued providing an outstanding service.
Throughout the meal, Sierra’s professionalism shone brightly. She was prompt without being intrusive, balancing the pace of service perfectly. Despite the restaurant being busy, she handled every aspect of her duties with efficiency and grace, ensuring all guests received the same level of attention and care. Not once did I feel rushed, and any special requests I had were met with a positive and accommodating attitude.
What truly stood out was Sierra’s ability to create a personal connection while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She engaged in pleasant conversation without overstepping, and it felt like she truly cared about making my experience enjoyable. Her attention to detail was impeccable — from refilling drinks at the perfect moment to checking in just enough to make sure everything was to my liking. She anticipated needs before they arose, which added a level of comfort and ease that made the dining experience even more memorable.
The quality of service that Sierra provided is a true reflection of her commitment to excellence. She embodies the kind of service that turns a simple meal into a delightful experience. I left IHOP not only satisfied with the food but also impressed by the outstanding customer service that Sierra consistently delivered.
It’s rare to encounter someone who so effortlessly combines kindness, efficiency, and professionalism, but Sierra does so with such poise and confidence. Her remarkable service made my visit to IHOP a standout experience, and I look forward to returning knowing I’ll be in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about providing the best service possible.
Sierra is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the IHOP team, and I am confident that anyone who has the pleasure of being served by her will leave with the same positive impression. Keep up the great...
Read moreSo we showed up at 9:15P.M. and the waitress already looked like she was not ready for 11 top.She was rude and really acted like we were bothering her being there. She acted like making a special order was a issue and she just snap back when you asked. Which I get but there was no one else in the restaurant and she seemed distracted already. We get seated she takes our drinks and literally took 20 min to bring the drinks. Then we got the order after ordered T-Bome medium and mashed potatoes and Mac N cheese with egg on my steak. No biggie right. Well. That was taking at 9:40 P.M. we got our order mind you at 10:50 P.M. and before that we had to ask other waitress to get refills cause you know kids drink it up that wait she finally came out the back even after the other waitress went to get her 10 min later and pooped off well OJ is extra charge. Then the food came out mind you she stayed in the back the whole time and we are thinking they are short handed no she just hiding. Half our food was cold and the steak had no flavor and fully cooked and went from a steak to like a flat bread. The eggs were so runny the white was not cooked all the way . I even order food to go.So instead of walking out or telling her that it was cold for what to wait longer people started coming in and people were turning around by looking at the place not being served and my kids literally it was 3 adults rest kids they said they just tired and hungry so we ate. O more refills she just vanished. We were looking for boxes and the other Waitress just seems so timid and says I'll look for your waitress and still nothing we were standing there for 15 min just looking for our ticket. She instead of charge me a dinner she charged me a steak then separate Mac n cheese and sell eggs and separate mashed potatoes. I paid total $176.00. She literally put her tip as 35.00 I changed that real quick. Then she said the to go order was going to be a bit. Waited another 15 were were there for over 2 and half hours. Looks like they are not ready for customers. The place is very clean. But that's...
Read moreStopped in here for some food before we went back to Texas. The place was packed, which was expected.
They finally seat us, and we walk past the bench area in the back that we could have fit in with some room to breathe. They chose to sit us in the middle with another big party, and we are blocking the path in and out of the room. Do people go around, of course not. They would rather bump into the back of my daughter in law and granddaughter.
For the people who sit these tables. Try and think about logistics before you cram another group of people into an already cramped situation.
I'm not much of a breakfast person, and my family really enjoyed their food. I got the chicken and pancakes. Thinking the chicken would be like the chicken with the chicken and biscuits. They were not even close. They are frozen chicken strips without much flavor. Not my favorite.
We were a party with 5 adults and 2 babies. They didn't refill my glass, nor did they give us any extra attention. They did, however, hit us with 18% gratuity for a big party. That may work with some people, but with us, the server loses money. We are very generous tippers, unless you impose a gratuities on our bill. I understand why it happens because some people don't tip. If you are going to force me to tip you, you better be on point with your service. I should never have to ask you to refill my...
