I spent over $50 at this location when I ordered food tonight. The food looked like it had been sitting for a long while and either it was all tossed in the bag quickly or it was dropped . The hard Tacos were not only soggy, but they were crushed, and almost inedible. It was disgusting.
But what made it worse? The way they handled it.
I called immediately. They picked up and told me to call back in 5 minutes to talk to Nathan the Manager. I did exactly that — and now they refuse to answer. Repeated calls, totally ignored. That’s not just bad service — that’s disrespect.
You don’t take someone’s money, send them garbage, then ghost them when they try to get help.
This location has zero accountability, no pride in their food, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I’ll never order from here again — and neither should you !!!!
UPDATE: An hour later they answered my call through a different phone I had to use. Nathan said they’ll refund and to wait a couple days and said that he’s sorry they didn’t answer because he’s never seen the store so busy at 11:30pm.

My final visit consisted of a 15 minute wait at the order station and a 30 minute wait AFTER paying for my. My order was wrong... Not once... Not twice... But THREE times. The individual at the window was unapologetic and quite frankly didn't give a damn. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that they were busy. When I displayed my disappointment with the whole situation, I was told "Maybe you should go next door to McDonalds." So you know what? I will. I have never been more frustrated and dumbfounded by a customer service experience in my entire life. And saying that they provided any customer service is laughable. Read moreIt is time for this store to have a major make over. Starting with the manager and staff. The only one seemed to care about their job and the customers was a new girl learning what to do.
The manager is the worst excuse of leadership I've ever seen. Before leaving, a manager should ensure the business is clean and ready for customers. He walked out with not one counter or table clean. Everything was filthy. Floors, tables, seats, everything in front needed filled or cleaned. One cashier even mentioned it and the manager was like, oh well.
One customer came in and couldn't find any place clean to sit, so her young daughter asked for a towl to clean a table so they could eat. The relief manager just handed her a towl and didn't even offer to do the work. The girl wiped down all of the tables herself.
The drain screens are black, caked with drink syrup that looks like it has b there for years.
