On 11/18/24 I Placed an online order to pick up some items from this store, received the confirmation email, as well as the email saying it was ready. I got to the store and the employee working was more worried about her personal call than even acknowledging that I walked into the store. After 5 minutes of waiting she finally finished her call and I told her that I was there to pick up an online order.
She said that she didnāt see any orders and that she couldnāt help me. I showed her my emails and then she called their help line or something and reaffirmed that thereās nothing that can be done. Then for some reason she started pulling the order and put everything I purchased behind the counter. I asked if I could take it now that it was pulled. She reaffirmed that I couldnāt have it.
I again showed her the confirmation, ready for pick up, and even the charge on my card for it and she just shrugged it off and said sorry you gotta wait or call the customer satisfaction line. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. If itās not ready tonight, with hopefully a different employee working I will not be using GameStop again due to...
