Mountain View Mansion hosted our wedding weekend, bringing together two families of about 35 people. Ages ranged from teens to 80. Accommodations were comfortable for everyone including those who needed assistance in getting around. The elevator was a bonus! Teens and younger people took over the downstairs kitchen and theater room. Older folks were happy at the extensive counter area in the beautiful main floor kitchen. The decks were fabulous for a taco bar, mariachi band, and dancing the night before the wedding. The playground area was a big hit for everyone as was the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Advance communication for planning the wedding was smooth. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We used the catering services available through the property and the food was outstanding! Everyone was very pleased and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend Jenna and staff. We don’t have all our photos yet but I can include a couple. The Wasatch Mountain Range served as an amazing backdrop, and surprisingly the temperatures were very mild for an outdoor August wedding in the evening. We received compliments from all of our guests about the property. Highly recommend for a wedding setting. It really couldn’t have been more beautiful. We danced...
Read moreWe had an amazing time staying at the Mountain View Mansion back in 2021 with my cousins and a few of our kids so much we booked it again for a cousin reunion this past January! It was more than big enough for us 5 adults and 15 kiddos! The kids spent hours in the pool! The kitchen was everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the soda machine! This home has helped us find a space to bond and create kid memories for our children to remember for a lifetime! I could write an entire essay on how magical and perfect this home is! But you’ll just have to book it and find out for yourself! Mahalo Lisa and Adam and family for always being amazing hosts and sharing their beautiful home for us!
Pictures: The views outside covered in snow! My kiddos favorite spot, the giant bean bag chair watching movies on the projector. The awesome heated indoor pool and jacuzzi! We’ve only ever stayed in the winter so don’t need to open it up to the outdoors but their videos show you can open it up to make it a covered...
Read moreThis was so good for our family reunion. We have a smaller group, but so many that have sensory, anxiety, and more, so we tend to need more spaces to retreat to. This had enough activities we could choose to be together or separate, and we could control our food by cooking in the kitchens without getting on top of one another. The pool was another wonderful surprise. I'm personally allergic to chlorine, (even tap water is too much) so I carry my own water. However, we were delighted to find the pool was salt based and I could enjoy swimming with my family. We had enough space for a birthday party, and the playground was wonderful for all the kids so we could keep things quieter when needed. And then there was the escape room. It's simple but fun, and we all got to try it.
Perfect family reunion. And close to so many fun activities. (family favorite was the Christa McAuliffe Space Center, which is a short 15...
