I have never left a google review before but i have had and unbelievable challenging time working with shop valore.
i am 100% always going to support a small business over a bigger company, when i found out about valore i was so excited to make my gem rings through them instead of their competitor the gem studio. i own a small business myself and for me customer service is everything to me. making sure that my customers are happy with the product that they have paid for!
i made my gem ring at shop valore in august of 2023. 6 months ago and i have noticed that my gem ring has started to change color. i have made 5 gem rings before and have never had this happen and i have had them for over 4 years.
i am leaving an honest feedback review for shop valore. their employees are seriously amazing and i truly had such a good time at this fun date night. i paid a lot of money for this custom 3 stone gem ring and i was so happy with the results of it!
i went into shop valore a couple of days ago to explain and show that my gem ring is not the one that i had made and purchased, they told me that they have no idea and to message the shop through instagram regarding the color change. so i did and this was the response that i received⦠i am honestly so disappointed at the negative response that i had got. i am not asking for a free ring, i just want what i had paid for. the owner of shop valore responded in a negative way that made me upset knowing that my ring couldnāt be fixed and nothing that they will do for me.
again leaving an honest review⦠i am extremely disappointed if you want to leave and have a good quality gem stone that will last a life time, i do NOT recommended purchasing or buying anything from this workshop.

During the process, they kept taking the rings to do stuff and didnāt really explain what they were doing with them. My sisterās stone orientation got permanently switched when the worker went to finish something. The owner came in for a moment to talk to us and didnāt seem interested in our customer experience, but rather what stones we took from her collection. She turned to her employee and said she would have kept the stone that I picked for herself, if she knew it it was there. By far, the part I felt weirdest about was when it came to the payment. She asked which payment method I will be using. When I said credit card, she said there would be a fee and gave me a Venmo payment option. I felt weird so I said I would do Venmo. She then said itās a personal Venmo so, āmake sure not to put anything about a ring on the Venmo payment description.ā I felt really weird that it was a personal Venmo and I was told not to put something related to rings at a professional establishment selling rings and not someplace like a farmers market. To me, it seemed like a way to evade taxes or avoid the Venmo transaction fee. I would have appreciated more professional behavior all the way around for a place like this. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and fell far short of what was promised. The workshop description clearly states that āone of our amazing silversmithsā would guide us through the process to ensure we go home with a piece we love. However, the person who was supposed to lead the workshop wasnāt there to begin with and never showed up throughout the workshop, and the only staff member available openly admitted she had never done a spoon ring workshop before.
While she made an effort to assist us, the entire experience felt unprofessional and disorganized. It was evident she was unsure about the process, which left me feeling frustrated and let down. The final result of the ring did not meet my expectations, and I truly believe it could have been much better if an experienced silversmith had been there, as promised.
This was meant to be a meaningful and unique Christmas gift, but instead, it left me feeling disappointed about the experience provided. I invested time and money expecting a polished, professional workshop and a product I would treasure, but neither of those expectations were met. I sincerely hope Shop Valore takes this feedback seriously and offers some form of resolution to make up for this...
