we booked a workshop for a specific time and drove over an hour to get there. when we got here the place was packed, no one greeted us or told us how the process works and there were no instructions. when we were finally able to sit, they didn’t even have enough tools for everyone to make their jewelry and told us they were waiting for their shipment of tools. we sat there for over an hour waiting and ended up asking for a refund, the employee messaged the manager and they said the workshop fee was non refundable. on their website faq page it says you are allowed 1 hour for your workshop, if there is availability you can stay longer. we had already stayed over an hour and ten minutes by the time we left. the worker wasn’t very nice and not helpful at all and end up up telling us there were other appointments waiting and that we can go online and book for another day.

After having a great experience at the Draper location I was excited to host an event at the Provo location. Unfortunately the person who was supposed to be guiding our experience sat back the entire time and was only present when I called her over for help. She was slow to greet us and provided no instruction until I asked her to explain to everyone the progress. Fortunately because I had been once before I was familiar with the process and was able to help the 15+ people in my group. A few of the beaded items tied by the staff member also broke within the day.

The store was very cute and inviting. My friends and I made necklaces which ended up very cute and super easy to do. I was a little disappointed on the charm selection. I thought there would be more and the initial I wanted was out of stock. I was suprised there wasn’t anymore in the back (being a jewelry designer myself, you always have back ups and stock ready). Some of the gold charms didn’t match well with the gold color chain which swayed me from using some of the charms. We did go on a Saturday around noon and it wasn’t busy.
