Ghost Grocery — Local services in Provo

Is this place for real? 9 minutes in that store that I’ll never get back. Not sure how they even pay rent selling a handful of sweatshirts and a few hats. The store is full of fake items for looks, worst concept ever. I think some rich little girls talked their rich daddy’s into buying them a store. There were 3 employees at the front counter playing uno. The “fun vibe” there, is ok I guess if you are homeless or friendless and literally have nothing else to do on a Saturday. Grab yourself one of the 4 shopping carts available, and peruse up and down the 3 isles and load up your cart with one of the 14 sweatshirts or 6 hats available 😂. Stores like this make me afraid for our future. The only part of “the vibe” that’s missing is a sitting area, with fake furniture, and a barista (fake manikin of course) serving cappuccinos, also fake, that would be such a fun cool young, hip vibe. I actually love their t shirt designs and think they are really unique. I also think the store has such a cute aesthetic. However, they actually have such terrible customer service. I reached out several times to their texting service about a customer service issue. I dm’d them and they replied to people leaving cool replies on their story, but not my issue. They don’t make their customer service email known. They don’t have a number for the store. Finally, when I left a public comment on a post about my customer service issue, they replied back. I have also shopped in the store and found my experience similar to the lower reviews. The employees seemed pretty disinterested and the stock was low. However!! I have never left a 2 star review especially when I love the brand and products so much! I just have so many questions. Where were all the amazing products???? What is behind the fridge doors?? Where’s the amazing lights from the Insta pics??? Why were the employees so grumpy, rude, and not even kind of willing to chat or offer help?? I have supported online and have been obsessed with following the story of lonely ghost. I was STOKED for the store but not going to lie I was really disappointed! !
