Bed Bugs!!!!! I stayed here last night. Well tried to at least. Had a 2 night stay. Left within 5 minutes of getting into bed. Everything looked fine. Once I laid down, I got bit 4 times. Got up and turned on lights. 3 bed bugs that I could see (prob more) crawling on the sheets and pillows. I have mosquito like welts on back and arm. Still visible this morning 12 hours later. Chose another hotel. Now fighting with Hilton. They tell me it’s not a corporate issue. How? I don’t know. The hotel itself charged me last night. Even though I notified management. Sent them the video. The front desk clerk even took pictures of my back. I’m going to try to upload video here. Not sure if it will take video uploads. Now my biggest issue is having to throw everything out before returning home because I DO NOT want to bring them home. Awful experience. Awful customer service and response. Acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe not for them, but certainly is for me and now petrified I am going to bring them...
Read moreFor the last 6 weeks I have been trying to book a room block for my wedding, the GM, Brad was supposed to send me the contract to sign to get out to my guests to be able to start booking due to EAA. He went radio silent, no emails and unanswered calls. The sales team laughed, put me on hold for 15 minutes and just transferred my calls to whichever department they felt before just transferring me back to the front desk. Finally, after an hour on the phone with the corporate sales department, they were able to tell me that the hotel does not allow wedding blocks. The gentleman tried to call Brad himself but was unable to speak with him either. Horrible experience. The reception staff was always friendly, especially Gavin. Horrible GM and sales department. Would never recommend. Ali in guest assistance would not file my complaint without a guest ID, he told me to “write it in an email and send...
Read moreNew hotel, still has construction smell in hallways. It has Hilton quality without a lot of frills, has everything you need. Lobby is very nice, board games, pool table lots of seating & TVs, lots of options to buy snacks there too. Pool, exercise room & outdoor patio looked great, didn’t use them. Breakfast was provided was enough, but not expansive. Woman working breakfast was pleasant |Rooms were good if you are not planning on spending lots of time in them, no extra seating area. Beds not the most comfortable hotel beds, my husband loved them, very firm. Appreciate theres not carpet in room. Bathroom had nice size counter space & walk-in shower with good shower head. Nice touch with nightlight in bathroom. Water very soft and bathroom supplies are nice.|The entire place is very clean!!|Staffing is not in abundance.|If passing through area again would...
