My boyfriend and I came in to try and see two different mattresses we were interested in. Mattress Firm actually had both in store for us to feel and lay on. Edward greeted us at the door and was able to answer all our questions. He knew more information on each bed than we did. We decided to purchase our Beautyrest Black in store since the offers Mattress Firm offered topped the ones Simmons would've given us (Including a free adjustable base or price equivalent of an upgraded one and 120 night sleep guarantee). Greg was friendly and great to work with! I came in on May 5, found a mattress that my son liked, and it was priced at $349. We were in a hurry so I took a pic of the tag and price. I came back on May 24 and showed Greg the picture of the mattress I wanted to purchase and little did I know that the $349 was a sale price on May 5. It was currently priced at $799.
