I’ve been living here almost 3 years the residents are friendly and don’t stick there nose in your business. The staff seems friendly and helpful. It’s a bit rundown from what if figured out the owners out of state and don’t like spending money on the park. So the staff does what they can with what they have to work with So after moving out on good terms. I’ve been waiting for my security deposit for 2 months. Now I never missed a rent payment never late on a payment in fact I was a month ahead a lot of the time I received a bill from corporate saying I didn’t pay rent for October. I called the campground and asked what’s up. The manager told me as far as he could tell I payed everything and he had already been in contact with corporate to tell them this but to no avail. Corporate just decided I owe them for back rent. Now if I hadn’t payed one month wouldn’t you think they would of been on it in October and not 8 months later? So I’m saying under no circumstances should you ever tried to leave here because the corporate is a fraud and they will rip you off every chance They get and the place isn’t even that maintained there’s drug addicts everywhere. I even found a used needle in the shower one night. Most of the stalls and showers don’t work. And if you touch metal while in the shower you will get shocked. That was never fixed. They advertise free WiFi which only 5% of the park got. There’s a “security” gate that only worked 3 weeks out of the 3 years I lived there. And further more while there if it rained I would get shocked if I touched metal on the outside of my motorhome I had to replace the plug on my motorhome 3 times because it melted. And had to replace the power center. The charge unit fried from there bad power going into my motorhome. I have it plugged since I moved and have had no troubles at all. i would enjoy living here if the staff within the last 3 months werent so seemingly uncaring to full time monthly renters with clean background checks with no complaints. i have always paid on time, i have never had a problem with the establishment i have even donated my time without asking for money to help with landscaping and helping keep the areas clean, regardless of the homeless people and criminals who the staff knowingly have let in. my father who pays rent and stays here had his rig broken into and stole from. only the police were the ones who addressed the issue. The next week my trailer had the door handle almost pried off but i guess the thieves didnt have enough time to get in. the police were addressed and another criminal assault on our personal property was filed in person by a Perris police officer. now...i see that the space rent being posted for "new" renters is $450.00 and no longer $500.00 per month that EVERYONE in the park who rents a space has been paying. I have been dealing with "physical" threats against my safety by other renters because of their own dislike of who i am, because there is no other reason to have an issue with me. Especially when they are renters just as i am. There are also "meganslaw.gov" sex offenders renting here but it has been told to others that "their information cannot be addressed to the rest of the park" seems as if this place isnt following the rules of the State's legal protocol. also i have been threatened of being "kicked out of the park" because of opinions of staff members. i would like to know if the 1st amendment is grounds for eviction? thank you and please get back to me about this, since the "office" has no time to answer my...

It’s NOT. A resort anymore. (Pool is completely filled in, so no more pool) there’s no playground, no mini golf, no game room. But the prices to live here still keep rising, for what? There’s nothing else here. The name needs to change to “Camper RV & Mobile home Park” not RESORT. There’s nothing resort about this run down place and charging as such is a scam. Some of the long time residents have piles and piles of trash outside of their mobile homes or RVs. It’s disgusting. The laundry rooms washer& dryer are either broken or run down, or homeless people wash their stuff.

No landscaping is being done around peoples spots, so the weeds have outgrown it’s a FIRE HAZARD and a liability. There’s nothing being done to get these people to clean up there spots! It’s starting to look like a homeless encampment.

What’s the point of a front gate when it stays open letting a bunch of cars in of people who either don’t have a gate key or don’t live here inside the park!? The guest parking should ONLY BE IN THE PARKING LOT. The gate should only be 1 car at a time, and spikes needs to be put in the outgoing gate so people don’t try coming through the exit.

There’s absolutely NO SECURITY, which is a huge liability for the people and children that live here. No security break ins in storage, people’s RVs & cars and HOMELESS people coming into the park + drug people.

This places owner needs to re evaluate where they put their money, and focus on fixing this place up 100% and complete renovation. It would draw more people to live and stay here! And it would be...
