Horrible customer service. The girl had a bad attitude while taking my order from the drive thru...... hash browns were nearly burned and hard......when I took the food back inside that same girl took her time to approach me to see what the concern was. I am a very patient non confrontational person, so I politely told her that the hash browns were cooked too hard. She took the food and explained to the cook. The cook changed out the hash browns with more appropriate ones, but the girl purposely ignored the new order and let them sit there taking her time to finish up our transaction. The other girl noticed the order sitting and she handed the container to me with no words....this was my first and last time ordering here...... customer service is horrible. I did not feel welcome in your establishment. The experience was well beneath the price. I should've known better by the filthy surroundings and the fly in the window.🤢🤮......never again......I didn't even tell my mom of my experience the food was for her, but she didn't eat it. We all have bad days, but when it comes to dealing with the public especially when it comes to food and sanitation, bad attitudes...
Read moreI have had great experiences in the past with Farmer Boys, excluding today. Very disorganized at the counter, there was three of us in line and I was the second person and waited 10 minutes as they only had one person working as cashier, two working the drive thru and one just looking around like he was lost or something. At one point there was two employees helping out one person and no one taking the next person in line. Finally my turn, mind you it was a phone order, I give her my number and she charges me gives me my receipt and goes off to the back somewhere while my food is sitting there behind her and doesn't even say anything. So lost boy finally wakes up and asks me "can I help you" I said the other girl was helping me but she disappeared and at this point she returns and says, "I'm helping her already" , finally I receive my food and I let her know that they need to work on their organization skills. Please....if you're overwhelmed ask for help. By the time I walked off they had five people in line already. Good Luck!!!! I don't think I will be returning...
Read moreWhere should i start, this particular famer boys use to have descent service, havent been in there for a while, so we decided to stop there were at the time no customers and about 3 gals working there one was on the phone in front us other stocking other taking drive thru order must've been there for a good 20min another customer not even 5 min she starts complaining about can someone take their order , then i was like wheres the manager we seem to be invisible,,,will low and behold Carmen the manager was the one on the phone apparently customer service isnt a priority. We felt faint we were so hungry finally the stocker gal takes our order fish n chips we terrible they should call it soggy batter some kind of fish must've been a gold fish poor little thing i wouldn't even feed it to my cat.
