Been here a few times now, thought I could trust the guy named "guido" I think he's the owner (but won't give out his real name) anyways we had gotten my screen replaced may 31st (it was an emergency) he charged 95.00$ so i didn't have a choice at the time and payed, 2 days later the screen stopped working and started getting little cracks, I had kept in in a life proof case from the day we replaced the screen, I took it back to him and explained what happened and he just said the warranty is voided because of the small cracks, (I swear I didn't drop it or anything, MOST LIKELY A CHEAP KNOCKOFF SCREEN AFTER I LOOKED IT UP)(95.00$) I thought since I have been there 3-4 times he would take care of a customer but he said I was a liar (about the cracks and myself not dropping the phone) and said he could fixed it at cost or he'd replace it with a cracked screen after I just spent 95.00... I had a spare screen I had ordered on amazon for 35$ but but didn't want to waste 95$ because the owner was being a weasel. He also got frustrated and set my phone Down with force and held his index finger on the screen in an threatening manner. I could have handled the situation a lot better but he knew he was stealing 95.00$. You would think he can a small hit, I'm sure he gets the screens for a lot cheaper than 35$ buying in bulk, he told me it was an apple screen and once I had taken it apart it was some knockoff brand (I have the screen and looked it up) don't believe me, call me. Order a case on amazon for 35$ and DIY! It only took 2 days to get to me and 15-25 minutes to replace. LONG STORY SHORT, HE HAS NO LOYALTY TO HIS CUSTOMERS, AND WILL PUSH THE ISSUE ON THE PAYING CUSTOMER. YOU CAN TRUST ME OR YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$. I went to this location because my 9 year old daughter cracked her screen she was able to use the iPad and operate it even after the cracked screen. Moreover, I decided to get the screen replaced along with the screen protector. First off, I was advised by Jess that it would be ready for pick-up the next day after 11AM I showed up after 1PM and it was not ready I was told to come back in an hour or so. Finally, I go back and the situation went from BAD to WORSE because now my daughters iPad started "ghosting" once the screen was awake it would start going crazy eventually disabled. It displays "connect to iTunes" when I do the screen starts flickering and ghosting and cannot go through the prompts. They have a newly open location off Van Buren and I will make sure this will be the first review. Since, they could not solve the issue either instead I drove their 3 times to get the same result. If you want your repair to go from BAD to WORSE this is the perfect location now my daughter is without an iPad. Please be advised!!! Read moreIf i can give zero stars i would. I took in my iPad Pro to get the screen replaced because only the screen was not working and needed to be replaced. Mind you the device was turning on and off a week prior of taking it in however by the time i took it the screen went all black so i had to get it replaced. I left my ipad there and never got a phone call like they said they would call, i called a week later for an update and nothing. Second time i called he said that the new screen was missing a band so they ordered a new one. I called again another week for an update and he said he would call me back to see if it was working. Nothing. I had to call again until about 4 weeks later when he said they couldn’t fix it and that the computer inside my ipad was broken and needed to be replaced. I said okay when can i pickup, he said in a few days he just needed to put it back together. a few days pass by and nothing again. I decided to wait another week until i finally just showed up to pick it up myself without waiting and my ipad screen wasn’t even glued on to my ipad i had to wait for them to glue it back on.
