Birrieria Xolos — Restaurant in Perris

The food was delicious. My family and I enjoyed the food. However, here is why I give 3 stars: Due to limited seating, my family and I sat near the entrance. The door seems to be hanging on one of its hinges. Every time people entered and exited the door... the DOOR kept hitting the frame. It was annoying to hear the door even at the slightest slam as it closed. Second, the air curtain(s) weren't working, thus there were flies flying inside the restaurant. The door to the rear was open for a long time. The a/c didn't seem to work because it was very hot inside. Thirdly, the young gal that took our order seemed like she didn't want to work. Upon receiving our meal there weren't enough forks included in the tray. I had to go to the counter twice just to ask for utensils that were missing. It doesn't take long to go the extra mile and provide for your guests' needs. Overall, the food was great. I was expecting very soggy birria tacos, but in fact my tacos were just perfect, not too soggy, not too dry. The price was fair for delicious birria food. Issues:

1. Fix your door!
2. Turn on the air curtains! (There were many flies inside and around the tables.)

CAME ALL THE WAY FROM HEMET CASHIER WAS NICE, & FRIENDLY WE WERE GREETED WHEN WE ENTERED. THE BIRRIA IS BOMB YALL! DIDNT GET TO TRY THE COSOME BUT THE MEAT WAS LITERALLY DRIPPING FROM IT JUICES SO IM SURE ITS GOOD THE SALSA IS A CREEPER, VERY GOOD & THEN BAMB ! SPICY GOODNESS ! LOL. Beware if you are not Mexican or a Spanish descent !!!! This may not be your experience oh, but it was mine the man working the register young man with tattoos going down his arms is very rude an inpatient as well as disrespectful I will not be eating here which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to trying something new he didn't want to answer any questions and acted as if I was bothering him by asking him about the food I feel oftentimes that people are very prideful when you're an establishment that serves a certain type of people and when you see someone different your response is negative I hope the young man reads this review so he will understand how to deal with people in the future and that his actions can be...
