El Toro Loco Grill — Restaurant in Perris

Food is Amazing, Their 99 cents tacos are great, but I had a couple of problems there, #1.- When you place a big order, you need to be careful what they charge you, a couple of times happen that they charged me anywhere from $3 up to $7. when confronted them, they just said "I thought you order that" ... #2.- Excessive amount of beans and rice and lack of meat on their burritos. #3.- Dont even think about ordering Extra ANYTHING.. as they will charge you a modest $1.99 even for extra sour cream. #4.- Their chips are made on used toxic burned Oil.. that will leave a nasty taste on your mouth. hopefully their owner reads this review and Do something about it. as I mention this many times face to face and seems that...

I order nacho with guacamole and at this Mexican Restaurant El Toro Loco Grill and they charge me $9.99 plus $1.50 for slice avocado with nacho cheese soak at the bottom of the plate.Not Mexican cheese like most places. When I received the food I call them and they said its new.How are going give me me your new Naco if I didn't ask for your New Naco. They need to post it on the menu and said we have new nacho with nacho cheese and we have our regular nacho with Mexican cheese.. when people order quacamole give them guacamole and not slice avocado. THEY Will Not Ever Get My Services Again EVER...

Food is okay, but customer service is the worst. Cashier was very rude on why I was questioning the charged of $4 for a disposable plate (not with food) just needed an extra plate to split the food between my kids. Second visit she charged me $25 for two potatoes tacos. I wanted my food for lunch break so I asked if I could have the condiments that go on top of the tacos on the side very rudely she said no and she had to charge me each topping on side. Still don’t understand that logic. Not sure if I will return for a third time for a crazy...
