This place is disgusting. Avoid at all costs. We checked in after finding this on Hotels.com (which rated it much higher than google) for 3 nights. We immediately asked to check out after seeing the room and we're told there are no refunds. Customer service is non-existent here obviously. We checked out anyway as we didn't want to catch anything from this place. Yes, it was that bad. Sheets were dirty, floor was disgusting, couch and chairs stained with holes. Wifi, which was a necessity for us as we planned to work from there, was down "for some time now", and TV didn't have any channels (I was told by the clerk). Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This was a last minute hotel room I decided to stay in and figured why not because of how cheap they were. I had no hot water, was given one towel (all the towel racks were broken/not on the wall), and the sheets on my bed weren't even clean. They redeemed themselves with a perfectly working AC and a beautiful pool. There wasn't much to walk to around the area but it was close driving distance to afew main parts of Phoenix. The two front desk people I interacted with were kind and made sure I got what i needed. I'm not sure I would return here but it is nice for a quick and cheap overnight stay and nothing more then that.

They swore that it had always been they're policy that housekeeping has to clean every room every day even though I stayed here a month ago for 2 nights in a row and didn't have to have my room cleaned... Also they charge a $70 dollar flat rate for every room and there are no discounts for AAA, Seniors, military ... The rooms are not that great the pool is closed and half the motel in condemned due to a fire on the property. I could have stayed at the premier metro center for about $50 bucks and they're pool is open.

I regularly stay in budget places and this was probably the worst stay I've every had - and least in the US. First off the hotel itself: 1. Upon check in they required $50 CASH as a security deposit. I did not have cash and was experiencing problems with my ATM card. They finally agreed to putting it on my credit card when it was clear I did not have the cash and couldnt get it immediately. 2. Despite repeated efforts, the front desk could not provide me with a Wifi password. As it was, the signal strength in my room would not have been strong enough to work anyways. 3. The room reeked of some drug (sweet smelling, I think that's meth, 4. The hotel is surrounded by fences and gates and you can absolutely not have any visitors, 5. It was incredibly noisy all night. Not only the room upstairs and next door but frequent car alarm chirps and honking, and loud voices outside. There must have been very little insulation. I was awaken multiple times at night and I'm normally a pretty heavy sleeper, 6. This was mainly just an annoyance, but when I went to check out in the morning, the door to the office was open but the front desk person rudely told me to get out and use the check in window that was on the other side of the fence. And then he required my ID to check out (!). I can honestly say that I've never been required to present an ID to check out.

Then there was the neighborhood. I’ve been in many cities and some pretty run-down areas, but this was among the worst. I didn’t exactly feel unsafe, but just depressed by the level of poverty and homelessness around. There's also not a lot to do at night without driving pretty far. Lots of strip joints nearby though, if that interests you.

I made the booking online and by the time I discoved how bad the place and neighborhood was, I could not...

This was one of the worst hotels/inn/motels my mother and I ever stayed at. Firstly they charged us for three days when we only stayed one night. We wanted to stay three nights, that's why we paid for three nights, and thus they charged us for three nights but after night one, they told us to either pay again or leave, despite us paying for three whole nights. They lied and said we only paid for the one night that we stayed, when we knew we paid for three and we had a receipt to show that we did. Then they accused us of taking their towels with us, which we didn't. We were on vacation and had brought our own towels, because we don't ever trust the cleanliness of hotel/motel/inn towels. Then they refused to give us our money back for the additional two nights that we paid for since we only stayed for one night and they didn't want to give it back until we threatened to sue and get the news to the location and report on their crookedness. Then we got our money back. This place is a scam. There are better places to stay in Phoenix, THIS...

Bed bugs everywhere !!!!!!!! Had to beg to get another room , got. There and it had bedbugs.holes in the walls everything was filthy no hot water. talk to manager .manager wasnt the mmanager .he woulddnt give me the phone number a manager or owner. talk me into waiting a week for the owner to call me never heard from him or the manager. call today and front desk said that it was nothing they could do for me. meanwhile I lost $700 worth of clothes I threw out that bed bug bites all over my body my wife and I. I would not be associated with anything that says Travel Lodge anywhere the place was a dump a nd management was terrible the place was falling down.very disappointed and would not let my dog stay there.worst part about it is that they know if they have them and they rented rooms out knowing they have bed bugs.confirm that through maintenance man and two maids. this place should be shut down. is a complete rip off Channel 3 News or 5 News do something somebody should do...
