Definitely DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I am Titanium Elite Marriott Member however I was treated the worst I’ve ever treated by any hotel staff I have encountered namely the front desk receptionist Christine Castio. The next day in the morning approximately at 7:15am I asked if I could have a complementary cup of coffee and I was told no. Then I ask if I could have at least some coffee for my room to make myself but I was told there was none at the front desk but she would send some to my room. I waited about 20 minutes and still no coffee so I called the front desk talked to Christine and she told me it’s going to be 30 more minutes and she said “I tried to tell you but you walked off”, however that was a poor excuse because she had plenty of opportunity to tell me that it would be a long wait before I would get any coffee. Then I ask if I could at least have a complementary water and she said no you have to pay for it, even though the kind gentleman at check-in told me I could have complementary water and snacks. She told me she’s in charge of her shift and she doesn’t give titanium elite members or any guest complementary water. I then told my girlfriend at approx 7:40am let’s leave and go somewhere else for coffee and a bite to eat. On the way down I asked Christine if I could speak to a supervisor and I was told there was no supervisor or manager on staff. Then I proceeded to let Christine know how disappointed I was in her treatment towards me being so unfriendly, unaccommodating and inhospitable especially as a titanium member and that she has been the worst representative of Marriott that I’ve ever encountered. She then told me that I had to leave the property she was throwing me out and having me removed from the property then proceeded to pick up the phone to call someone to have me removed, I’m assuming the police or security. I told her no problem if you’re going to kick me out and have me removed from the property, I’ll leave on my own. Because of her I would never recommend anyone stay at that hotel and I definitely would never stay there again under any circumstances!!! I also noticed 6 days ago there’s another really bad google review about Christine as well. As a 60-year-old business owner of multiple companies I would never allow an employee to treat a customer the way she treated me! The only person that should be removed from the Marriott property is Christine and the hotel management team!
My girlfriend works in customer service and was shocked at the way Christine treated the both of us.
I contacted the corporate office and the hotel numerous times and the General Manager Fenil Nagda continues to refuse to resolve this issue! In my experience and over 4000 hotel stays worldwide in the last 60 years this is by far the worst hotel management and worst hotel experience ever!

Read moreOn 11/4/2023 I booked a room at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson I arrived around 6:00pm and had to wait over 20 minutes to be checked in because the receptionist at the time was in the bathroom. I checked in my room and went on to a concert with some friends. On 11/5/2023 I told housekeeping I would be staying and booking for another night, about 12:00pm I got a call from Matthew Gil that I would need to come down to the front desk and book another reservation there, I told him I was not feeling well and I would be booking the room ONLINE for a better rate but I would be down soon as possible. Matthew proceeded to call me 5-6 times yelling and screaming that I needed to come down and book the room because he doesn’t see my reservation in his system and that I was Pissing him off by not coming down when he told me too and that he doesn’t like people like me staying at his establishment. Well that surly did prompt me to go down to the front desk and went I got there Mr Matthew Gil was still screaming and told me that I could GET OUT of his hotel and that he that he doesn’t like dealing with and talking to people like me so I should just LEAVE. I let him see my online reservation for the room and he basically looked down at the phone and said “Well call them and get your money back, because I don’t see your reservation in our system and I don’t want you staying here.” He then proceeded to call the police which I told him please call the police I would actually prefer talking to them than you, once the police were called I was in error of booking a reservation and the Residence inn Marriot instead of the Court yard Marriot which was right next door I told the officer I would much rather stay there anyways after being yelled, belittled and disrespected by a so call Manager of the Marriott. The fact that he was so emotional yelling and screaming at a guest instead of taking time out to FIX the problem or see where the error was is the reason I’m making this review I have never in my life been talked to the way Matthew talked to me or by a hotel staff member in my life and I will make sure I let the corporate offices of the Marriott know about his actions because as far as I’m concerned he doesn’t deserve the position of a Manger yet alone working for the Marriott servicing people of all backgrounds, cultures, and...
Read moreStayed two times. 😃 First time was 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ star for the price. I payed $65.00 dollars and it is way worth it for the location and if you want peace with no smoking and drugs. This hotel was a 5 star for its price, but I ran into a little problem that can be easily fixed. I like to test the staff. One problem I noticed is they don’t like to answer phones on the 1st Day shift, and the greeting was very poor. They didn’t like to wear mask, also they wouldn’t let me do a late check out during the day shift when I talked to a Nava, I Tested and called back on the 2nd Night shift ,And got approved the late check out with No problems and very polite, with complete professionalism and gave me the late check out. Also 2nd Night shift picked up the phones every time I called unlike the 1st. Day shift. So then I Tested 1st day Shift and called back again on the day shift for the 3rd time even when I already had the late check out confirmation already just to see what they would say and test them. Lol. Funny thing is she said they didn’t have room and never even looked on the computer. I started laughing because she didn’t even check the computer and the booking, I told her to check the computer because I already had the late check out, Lol, she finally realized I had the late check out, So she wasn’t being very honest and also Lazy I didn’t really appreciate that and didn’t even have to say anything to her, So my reviews of this place is that some of the staff maybe needs to moved around and trained a little better with more supervision because this hotel is in a really clean peaceful spot and hate to see it lose a lot of business just because people are Lazy. This hotel is designed very good. Perfect hot water to the many lights in rooms. Even the shower curtains bow out so you have more space in the shower, Plenty of storage area, little microwave with freezer. The big hallways with huge staircase. It has a nice little Gym, and bathrooms next to the Gym. It has a little beautiful pool with a really peaceful garden like stone fireplace for outside.
