Line was long when I got there. However, it got to my turn faster than I expected. I ordered Chillerno with 2 rings of onion ring Burger is generally good. Beef is moist. However, the bun was too soggy. Onion ring is a tasteful big ring. Today I came back for lunch. I order Napa with 2 onion rings. It's better burger. Bun is not soggy. The green olive is a bit bitter. Onion ring. I enjoyed the meal today better than the last time. Service is good. June16: Today I had the Nooner and 2 onion rings for lunch. I like the hashbrown and juicy egg. The burger needs a little more seasoning though. Service is good, fast. Jan12 2024: I had JackieO burger. Ordering experience was pleasant, fast. Bun was a little dry. I don't like the lamb much. It tastes plain. the lamb, the salad, tomato didn't go well together. June2024: I had JackieO again. Lamb is moist but plain, more expensive than others. Service is good, fast. Aug2024: Wild West burger is refreshing delicious with crunchy pickle and red onion. Meat is juicy med-rare cooked. The BBQ sauce maybe just a little too sweet for you. Sep2024: South of The Burger is juicy. Could be more chips which makes the taste unique. May2025: South of the Burger is still good, but messy. Lettuce and chip fell out. Service...

We love the burgers and salads here … but … the last few times we've been the service hasn't been all that good. Mostly on order taking.

Orders have been lost, delayed, and wrong. Then there has been absolutely no attempt to make amends other then a verbal "ooops".

Last time I went in for a ToGo order and when I got frustrated about it taking so long I was told that the kitchen printer ate the paper & my order had been lost. 45 minutes for 3 burgers ToGo, and no offer "how can make it ok". Even an offer of fries or a coupon would have gone a long way.

This time we ordered onion rings but fries were what got rung in. Managers choice to make it right? Charge us for the order of onion rings on top of having been charged for the unwanted fries. When we said we'd be ok paying the difference, they refunded the fries and charged the rings, creating all kinds of extra mess with the charge card.

Then they took the unwanted, but served, fries off the table. I really hope they didn't put them back in the bin and sell them to...

Food delicious, and the gentleman who took our order was polite. Their manager on duty today (evening of July 17) however should probably rethink her career path as customer service is not her forte. My husband asked for a military discount and she applied it only to his items - that was so petty of her. And then as we were eating water from the AC vent above started dripping down into my husband's meal. He spoke to the same gentleman who could only apologize. The kicker though , he went back to tell the manager and I saw her mouth the words “it's okay"....And as we were leaving, she couldn't even look up to acknowledge us whereas that same gentleman wished us a good night and thanked us for...
