I rented this room because I was traveling with my 2 small chihuahuas as well as family as this is a PET FRIENDLY hotel.||To which they charge me an extra $160 for the 4 nights we stayed.||||We wanted to visit some of the Dallas sights.||We arrived on Monday evening and went straight to bed.||||This hotel policy is the maids will come every 3 days for short stays and I noticed there were only 2 small toilet paper rolls for a room that is supposed to be for 6 people so we had to repeatedly ask the front desk for more toilet paper to which they RELUCTANTLY did.||||Next day we went out, got back tired and went to bed.||I started vomiting and got the runs.||||Wednesday morning my daughter noticed dried poo stains on the quilt.||We told the maid and she gave us another quilt but that one had dried poo on it as well.||We did our best to clean it ourselves.||||My son went to the front desk and asked Rick to please give us another waste bin and liners as we only have one bathroom and I was vomiting and he flat out refused.||RUDE||||Upon returning to the room my son started vomiting.||I called the front desk and told them we really need more liners and toilet paper.||Rick told me come down and get it myself.||I told him I would vomit in the hallway if I did that so he agreed to bring me them.||||We had a spill and brought our own paper towels and cleaner and went to clean it up and the paper came up BLACK. Not the color of the spill||I also noticed that the bath mat had black foot prints.||Dont they steam clean the carpets being a pet friendly hotel?||||Then my daughter started vomiting as well. So we pretty much spent the rest of our visit with a stomach virus.||||Upon check out on Friday we cleaned up as best we could and I took a VIDEO of the room to prove we did NO damage.||Arjun gave us our receipt and TOLD US our incidental fees were released.||||THIEVES AND LIARS||Come to check my credit card statement and the $50 incidental fees WERE charged!||I call the hotel and NOW Arjun is saying he had to charge us FOR THE BED STAINS?!||When they gave us poo stained sheets?!||He says he has proof because the maids took a picture of the sheets???||Documenting and proving are 2 very different things||THAT COULD BE ANYONES SHEETS!||||NOW he is giving us the run around telling us that if I email this person, showing the video I took, they will give us the refund.||They contact me telling me to speak to this person but that person never responds back to me.||Someone named April emailed me a phone number but when I call no one knows who she is.||||Finally I found a customer service number and they said they can not give me a refund as only the hotel that took the money can do that.||When I called Arjun back he rudely told me he has "evidence" that I did it and Im not getting my money back and hung up.||HOW? Does he illegally have cameras in the rooms?||If he did he would see all I am saying is true.||Again documenting and proving are 2 very different things.||||I spent my week sick in this hotel and then a week home recovering to have to have the added stress of emailing and calling people for nothing?!||Arjun KNEW the hotel is the only one that could give me the refund.||||This is pure greed.||First of all my chihuahuas could not jump on the bed because it was WAY too high for them but even if they could, the hotel charged me an extra $160 for them and that should cover it.||Second, In total I was charged $550 for days for 4 people and 2 tiny dogs.||There is NO reason for them to charge me another $50 to my card.||||We have NEVER EVER left damage in a hotel.||I spent last week losing sleep over this runaround and their lies about me!||For adding insult to injury I feel now they should give me at least half my money back!||||Charlene Hernandez||||UPDATE: I put a few screen shots but not all got accepted as they were a bit blurry from taking it from a video. ||To follow up Comfort Suites left a message here telling me to call the general manager. ||I have called a few times this week and Arjun is the one who keeps answering the phone and will not connect me to the general manager whom he said is named Mr Asperdale. ||It seems April and Mr Asperdale are never available or do...
Read moreThe place looks great from 25 feet. Up close it is nasty. Bugs in the room . Pillow cases had smells from the last heads that had slept there. Stains on pillows and pillow covers. Comforter had a wad of hair under the fold back. Also had many stains was not clean.... the carpet had something that dried hard, burn marks in carpet on wall. The room smelled like wet dogs. We have a small pet but we keep him cleaned and in animal cage. The room was spacious just filthy.. we alcalled frt desk and told them we needed Comforter and pillow cases we had to go get them and never said a word about what we found or came to the room to inspect.
We went to the hottub meeting the clerk again at the elevator, when he saw us with towel he ask if we were swimming or using hot tub. I said the hot tub for my back. .He followed us in the pool area and showed us that he had placed a towel on the bench in the water. His words were exactly " something sticky so I put towel down" as he pointed to the area in tub. " You can enjoy this side." Pointing to the other side. Thinking the anti slip was scratching guest or poking them I made a lite joke. " So we can enjoy this side but no enjoyment over there"? [Tough crowd he did not understand] ..I saw pool towels so went to grab them so not to use the room towels. My grandson had already got in the tub. And stood up to help his grandma in the water. His birthday was a few days ago, he was given a new pair of black trunks from Vilebrequin. 80 bucks we paid for them things. I was shocked to see BLUE PAINT COVERING IS BACKSIDE. And this was the side we were told we could (enjoy). We tool my grandson up to show the clerk this new blue artwork on his bum. We told him both sides are not to be enjoyable that the paint is not sticking to the tub, just the guest. He told us it was not paint but a harsh chemical eating the paint. ... Wonder what this chemical is doing to our bodies?
We had to leave early. At 6:50 to 6:55. I went to check out..a new clerk now. My wife told the clerk we were not going to be able to stay for breakfast due to work. She had to a speaking engagement and was on a tight schedule. She does not drink coffee so she ask,"could get a small shot of juice from the oj machine for the road?"... It was just 10 feet away from us.. He did not need to leave his post, she needed no assistance to take him from his duty. (We always ask before we assume.). I was surprised when he told her

Its ashamed that this property has so much to offer, due to poor management, lack of care or understanding from the employees, it made a stay that started off so nice turn dark. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!||They literally stole from my family by lying and then overcharging us.||||First off, our beds had literal crap on them before we even walked in.||There was poopstains on one of the blankets. And on the other bed under the top matress was just literal poop. Not stains, just actual poop. The maids never cleaned it and never would have if I didn’t point it out to them which was difficult because they barely spoke english. I gave her the blanket and tried for a solid minute to explain the poop stains. She didn’t understand me and finally just said “New one?” I said yes. Later on a new blanket was brought and it also had poopstains on it.||||The whole place smelled badly. Especially the 1st floor which reeked of cigarettes. There was no designated smoking area so people would smoke in front of the entrance doors. ||||My family and I got a stomach virus which lefts us vomiting and doing diahrea throughout the stay. Because of this, My mother requested an extra garbage pale the worker at the front desk named Rick, and he refused. Later on in the day I also requested an extra carbage can from him to which he again refused saying it was against the rules. Later we all in the room sick vomiting. When she finally got the chance then called him on the phone and told him about the vomiting and diahrea and requested if we could have extra toilet paper sent to our room. He told us to just get go get it ourselves. When mom told him we would wind up vomiting the lobby. He reluctantly agreed to send up toilet paper. He was there all evening and morning. When he finally got off his shift. I spoke to his replacement at the front desk an older man with white hair and beard. I asked him for an extra garbage. The gentleman went in the back and found one for me. So Rick was just lying about it being against the rules.||||As well as the main payment of 400$ my mom paid extra 160$ to cover the pet fee. However they overcharged us by 50$, and lied to us saying that it was because we damaged the room. 1 No we didn’t. 2 There was already literal poop in there when we arrived. 3 Even if it was us my mom had already paid the extra pet fee to cover that. They told us “they had proof” to which she replied “no you don’t because I took a video recording of the room right before we left.” She has spoken on the phone with numerous people in the company trying to get back our stolen money and they all refuse. We’re now reporting this terrible hotel so nobody else has come to this AWFUL...
