First off, I would like to say that I have worked in the food service industry myself, I am not trying to be a difficult customer. So my girlfriend placed an order for a pizza over the phone with a young man, she waited a few minutes then went to pick it up so that it wouldn't be sitting and getting cold. She came back with the pizza and opened it, she was immediately upset, but I was not as I was not trying to make a big deal but it did look pretty burnt. So we both took one single bite, I was displeased as well, there was little to no sauce under the pretty much burnt cheese. I am not trying to give anyone a hard time here but this is unacceptable customer service. When my girlfriend returned to the store to get a refund with the pizza the woman in the front was being rude to her which really upsets me. Also, the woman tried to tell her that she couldn't have a refund because nothing was wrong with the pizza, which is laughable. The pizza was pretty burnt. When you work in the food service industry, you cannot serve food like this to people it's bad for business at the very least. I know someone may get paid less if more food is marked down as waste, but still this is no excuse to treat people this way. If I have bad food, burnt food, or expired food at my work.. I don't care, it's going in the trash. Also, the pizza had no time stamp indicating when it was made. I suspect that there was no time stamp so they could just have it sitting there all day and serve it to people, again, this is unacceptable customer service. I am disappointed, but would like to see improvement in this store and its...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed by my visit to Little Caesars last week. I came for the pretzel crust pizza (because that's the promotion, and I saw a sign in the window, and I checked in advance to verify that this location had the pretzel crust), but when I arrived they told me that they didn't have any today. I was disappointed because I really came for the pretzel crust, but I had already planned on getting pizza, so I ordered an Extra-Most-Bestest (which I've ordered before, and, while it's not as good as the pretzel crust, is still good). When I got home and opened my pizza box, I was shocked by how little toppings there were on my pizza--there was a good inch or two of crust without any toppings all the way around (picture attached). If I'd ordered the normal pizza and it had that little toppings I'd be disappointed, but I paid extra for the Extra-Most-Bestest--which in theory should have more toppings. All in all, Little Caesars really let me down, and I don't know if I'll go back to a Little Caesars anytime soon--Pizza Hut is a little more, but at least they have promoted items and consistent...
Read moreI placed an order online at 7:33 tonight (25 August, 2018). I was given an estimated pick up time of 7:48. I arrived at the store at 7:49, and nothing was in the pick up box, so I waited in line to speak to the cashier. I spoke to the cashier (Jasmine) at 7:52, and was told my order should be ready in about 5 more minutes. At 8:09 I was again approached by Jasmine and told one of my pizzas was incorrectly made and the correction was getting made now. I was also informed i would be receiving 2 additional crazy bread (though I had 2 in my order) with my order. I finally received my order at 8:18, however had to remind about cinnamon bites that I ordered.
Jasmine was the only person I had any contact with through the entire visit. If there was a manager on the store, they apparently couldn't be bothered even though I waited for 45 minutes from when I placed my order (30 minutes beyond the estimated pick-up time).
I am appalled by the lack of efficiency in this store. If the store stays open, a lot of training is needed...
