This is not 1 not 2 not 3 but the 4th jack in the box that has not supplied the chicken patties for the chicken-n-tater sandwich. This isn't like "oh its not available for a day or two" this has not been in stock for almost 3 weeks, and I waste gas driving around to check Pomona, CA. I've even gone as far as Ontario with no luck. I am only able to afford one meal a day and because this meal is so amazing price wise and the food is fantastic I used to look forward to showing up to my local Jack's and chat with the friendly guy in glasses over at the 4565 holt Blvd location. I usually go during the deal after work and enjoy a brief moment of bliss; instead I'm going days without eating. Scrapping pennies and anything I can find to afford other meals that don't offer the same quantity or quality. Idk what's going on but picking up a phone to order chicken patties doesn't seem to difficult. It may not seem a big deal for people who does not care about the company, but for people that work hard and are able to be blessed with such a meal; it means the word to them. I'm a little bothered about the situation as I'm waiting in line for the 4th time at 100 e holt Blvd location. I ask the cashier if I can still order and am about to ask about the situation with the sandwiches but he cuts me off and says I have to wait in line again and he won't serve me at the cashier station. Read moreI work food delivery so I come thru here every night. Every night it's the same guy...he seems to have trouble running drive thru, can't take orders and hand them at the same time. I order the same thing every night but there is a problem every time. I guess ordering the combo and saying the drink at the same time is too much for him. I always have to start over and wait till he repeats the sandwich name and then asks me for the drink or else he gets huffy. I have to always ask for straw,napkins, ketchup...they never ask me. He gets the drink size wrong because once you say the name, he stops listening. Tonight I started placing my order only for him to cut me off with "let me know when you are ready to order." When he came back I asked if HE was ready? I started to order again but he started talking to the customer at the window while still on the mic with me. I stopped and asked if he was ready since he was helping another customer. He said he was waiting on me and I didn't need to yell at him. Read moreI don't have a car and bus don't Go very often so when I do chose Jack in the box it's usually the app everything was fine until today Saturday morning 11:08am after sleeping in I decided hey I will order me Jack in the box breakfast I decided Ultimate breakfast Sandwich Combo with coke checkout chose payment weird message tiny box payment failed check information or try again my total order should of been only $21.33 delivery fee and taxes ok fine this glitch of payment failed happened 12 times. Apparently every time I tried to submit it was charging 21.33 I Lost a total of $295.33 on a $21.33 order basically my bank account went from 445 to 151 in mere minutes. I had to contact the bank now I'm waiting until Wednesday to see what happens.
