We booked through our Wyndham app and lost good points on this stay. My fiance drives for a living so we're always in new places. This one was in a decent location as far as access to the interstate, a Dennys sharing the parking lot, and ample truck parking, but the area is very shady. The local police were hard at work all night. The motel itself is dated and run down. People appear to live there permanently...and in their cars in the parking lot. Smelled weed and kinda sure we broke up a drug deal on our arrival. The room wasn't horrible but the bolt lock on the door was gone, the floors weren't mopped in the bathroom and the carpet had spots as well. The light switch between the beds looked like something I imagine they would have in prison. Took my daughter to the pool and the lights were off. We had to call to see how to turn them on. Once we did, there were old wet towels all around the pool room and it looked nothing like the pictures online...including the nonexistent hot tub that had been pictured. There was some weird, brown smear on the floor at the ice machine and a nasty hair extension. We were just taking a break from the road for a few hours. Learn from experience. We won't be back there.

Front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. First hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke but room (227) smelled clean. Shower had a lot dark stains (either mildew or deep mildew stains) and shower did not drain. Changed rooms (121). Looked remodeled but smelled musty. Wall coverings stapled near ceiling (that's where the leaks are fyi). Shower drained slowly but slowly. Security doors on back side of building did not lock during the day and did not lock and night. Sounded like a lot of activity up and down hallway at night. No fire evacuation info on back of room doors. Getting out of the building from the second room would be confusing for most people. A few people had issues finding their room, including me. While there is breakfast, it is very very basic. Sliced bread and bagels and topoings, oatmeal, frozen breakfast sandwiches, bananas, two cereals, and yogurt. Coffee, orange juice, and tepid water for tea. For $150+ non Wyndhams member and $121+ member cost, it was not worth it. Room rates should be in the $50 to $100 range. Recommendation to spend a few extra bucks and stay in a place that does not show its age like this motel.

Unfortunately, there is a lot to be desired about thus hotel. I read the reviews and they all seemed good more recently. However, it's not what we expected. We checked into our first room and the chairs were filthy! Upon checking the mattress, I found that it was also filthy but covered with a fabric mattress protector. No bugs! We asked that the chair be removed but instead they switched our room. Second room smells so strongly of orange scented cleaner, half the lights don't work, some outlets don't work, bathroom fan doesn't work, no garbage can in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder. The bed didn't have the mattress protector but was much cleaner, however hard as a rock. You can hear people if they talk in the hallway because the door doesn't fit the frame fully. It was quiet overnight in the halls but we could hear a TV through the walls. There is a pool, but no hottub which was not clear from the pictures because someone posted a hottub. Strong smells in the hallways. Overall, no bugs found, bathrooms were clean, air conditioning worked well, but the other things above could have been better.

Crap, disrespectful, rude, unclean, bugs, not helpful, disgusting, no privacy, nothing is repaired properly, there is no handicap accessibility in any form or room type, no working phones in any rooms, non functioning fire alarm system, theft, assaulted by staff physically and verbally, damage of personal property, water leaks from rooms above flooding entire room, full of mold and mildew, drunken staff harassing all guests, rampant drug use throughout the hotel among the employees and other guests that live there with no repercussion or discipline behind and in the parking lots guests have been robbed, because of non-working lights so its is pitch dark very unsafe and unprofessional. People peeping through the windows, beging Sexually harassed by employees of the hotel touching inappropriately and sending vulgar messages to our cell phones and placing obscene and unappropriate filthy notes under our door with nothing being done, |Daily employees that are working on the clock kissing and making out getting sexual in full view of any guest of any age with no regard and flopping, sitting and taking up the sitting areas of the lobby and all public areas that meant for hotel guests. Without.|Respect of the guest by not offering to to offer stop aside and let the guests have the seat. | Treating the guests like they're the nuisance as they belive and act as its their personal living rooms, which also btw the furniture in the lobby is full of bed. Bugs and has never been properly addressed and in many rooms of the hotel as well. |prostitution is in the hotel parking lot in the hallways along with| Fighting, drug paraphernalia, the police are called out at least 3 times daily, and that's just the start of it. I could go on and on, My family and I stayed at this hotel for 12 months while relocating to the area and had a very tight budget so trust me as what i report here is fact for we had the horrible experience of living through.It. Highly recommend at all costs for your own health and safety...

Wow this place is about a joke. We stayed there for one night, and it was one too many. When we checked in we were told that we were in room 112, when our key wouldn't open the door, we moved down the hallway to room 106 (a room we heard someone mention behind the counter when when we were being checked in.) At first glance, the room looked decent. However, the more time we spent there the looks were deceiving. About 4 hours into our stay, the air conditioner quit working and a large puddle of water was discovered in front of the mini fridge. We called the front desk to notify them of the issues, and were told that someone would be down as soon as possible to check out the situation. When the lady arrived at our room the air conditioner kicked on, and I made a comment about how ironic it was that it kicked on when she came in. She then told us that the air conditioner was linked to a sensor by the door and it was suggested that we keep opening the door if we wanted the air conditioner to work. Then she inspected the mini fridge and were told that it was functioning properly, and the puddle was from the housekeeping defrosting. After 3 hours in the fridge, our drinks were barely cold, so I do not think it was working properly. After dinner, we decided to check out the pool, boy was that an experience! The pool was packed with obnoxious adults and kids floating on inner tubes, and doing cannon balls in the pool. So, we opted to get in the hot tub and relax after our long day on the road. Well, it should be called a warm tub, and that is being generous. Also, if you venture to the pool, make sure you take your own towels, because pool towels are not provided. Needless to say I was very glad when we checked out in the morning. Especially, after we discovered bugs crawling on the walls. Apparently the pest control is...

After reading reviews, I was a little nervous about this property. But I booked it anyway. This was really not a bad hotel. If you’re looking for 5 star, mints on your pillow, this isn’t for you. If you need somewhere decent to sleep at a reasonable price, this is perfect.

The lobby was clean and front desk staff were friendly and hilarious. Got my room squared away quick and easy. Interior hallway to the rooms- not terrible. Doors actually locked to get into the building and keys actually worked. The hallways was clean, though outdated. Yes, the carpet is old. And doesn’t have stains or smell bad. The room smelled like bleach when we entered. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, the floors were clean. The air conditioner WORKED… like, really well. things I didn’t like •the outlet under the tv didn’t work. no tv, no fridge, no microwave, nowhere to plug in more than one phone or electronic. We didn’t complain, so I can’t fault them for not handling it. They didn’t even know during our stay. (Room 326) •the ceiling had some staining. Only a couple of spots but yuck. I don’t even know that I can be “mad” about it. So much as a “hey You should tell your cleaning crew to look up.” •the ottoman for the chair was unhelpful. It was the only thing that looked old, broken, and dirty and I wouldn’t have even known if they hadn’t provided it to begin with. 😬 • another guest stood out in the hall for over an hour on her phone. 🙄 8am…

The area was not bad either. 2 motels across the street, a liquor store, 2 gas stations and a Dennys. That’s it. Right off the freeway. Honestly, for the price, I would 100%...
