I’m honestly giving this 3 stars because half the staff was great and the other half could use a little better customer service. I intended on using the drive thru but because I was trying to use a deal through the app I had to place my order for pick up through the app. I ordered went inside and waited. I watched the process as it happened never saying a word. As new customers came in my order still wasn’t started. I guess when they put a time on completion they take that to heart. None the less I never said anything because there was still “time”. The gentleman who was working there asked me if I was waiting for a mobile order I said yea he started to make it right away. After he finished he handed me my food and said sorry about that wait. I said not a problem have a great weekend. As I turned to walk out another worker commented “it’s only 2:00 you didn’t need to apologize we weren’t late we had until 2:05”. First that’s extremely rude to say it didn’t matter if there was still time I still waited regardless. And I wasn’t rude and didn’t deserve that comment. If the staff can’t get it together with 5 people on how to manage mobile orders, drive thru, and walk in customers then they shouldn’t offer them. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs.
