After opening a few lines with them I went back in to sign up for a discount with my id badge as I was told I could do when I called customer service. But when I went in the sales person told me to do it on the app myself or go to the cooperate store. I asked him for the address of the cooperate store and got a response of “google it”. They are not the Verizon cooperate store. On Tuesday I came in and ported my number over from T-Mobile and Everything went smooth that day. I ended up ordering a watch from online, but it was not connecting to the cellular so I went in today February 18 2024 at 11 AM. The person that was working there informed me that he was going to charge me $40 to set up Apple Watch on my account. I feel this is ridiculous when it just takes a little bit of time to make a customer happy and set up a product that you purchased from their company. Because it’s just hard to find a good cellular provider nowadays. I won’t be purchasing anything else...

Some fraudulent stuff going on in this store , employees bonus at the cost of the communities unfamiliarity with technology. It’s disgusting , taking advantage of older people , signing them up for things they didn’t ask for.
