Good food, but sadly, the worst customer service. And… wait for it, its the manager who treats people terrible. This is the worst service I have ever come across! I called back to complain and she tried to make ut sound like she was upset bcoz I asked for a cup of ice and I should’ve paid for it… well, I explained she was starring me down way before I asked the young man for it, and all she had to do was ask me to pay and I would have. Even if i did ask for a cup of ice, she didn’t have to stared me down as she drops the bagged sandwich into my hands with disgust… all before I asked for the cup. No honey , you are just a bad and terrible manager and role model for your crew!! This is unacceptable behavior for anyone let aline for a manager! I’ve read bad reviews about her but, man is she bad! If this happened on the street, it would’ve looked like a confrontation and I would’ve had to figure out how to stay safe and out if her mean way. Why would anyone want to come back?!! Im still looking for the corporate office info to report this. Anyone know please...

Good food, but horrible staff. They are abrupt, rude and could care less whether you, the customer is satisfied and the manager is the worst. Don't they realize customers pay their wages. I paid $36 dollars for a sandwich, 2 small soups and a salad. I could have gotten this elsewhere with friendlier service. Additionally, I don't drink soda or sweetened drinks. I drink unsweetened tea and they only have instant. Yuck! The beverage offerings leave much to be desired. When I asked to substitute a bottled Pure Leaf Tea or bottled water, no they won't do that even though I offered to pay the difference. When I asked to remove the drink from the combo, no they wouldn't do that either and made no apology. Worst customer service ever. I won't...

I came from out of town and decided to stop by and try this place for my first time .
