Food: Great, burgers are done on a flame grill. So that's instantly better than most places. I got a double with bacon. It was great, and not greasy. This is the perfect balance of a good burger with not alot of grease so it's enjoyable. Fries are alright. But they have some exotic options such as greanbean or sweet potato. Quality: Again great. It's fresh it's made to order, did not seem to be prefrozen Value: I ordered a double meal, added bacon. Burger fries and drink for 12$ Atmosphere: Lively, busy but they just opened so I was ok with the wait. If you don't wanna wait in the line for the counter, they have kiosks for debit/credit to skip the line. Staff kept the place clean, soon as something hit the floor they were ontop of it to clean up. Some even asked if I needed anything, such as ranch which they brought to me, so semi-table side service is nice. Overall: I will return again, and again. Read moreParking is awkward if youre in a larger vehicle. I got a burger (which was excellent), and an Ahi Tuna burger/sandwich thing. I am a sushi & sashimi lover so the Ahi sounded great. It is advertised as "line caught," and sounds good, but it isn't seared & prepared as traditional sashimi, it was fully cooked and served warm like a burger. This kinda took me by surprise, and ultimately I found it pretty gross.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and gets your food out to you pretty quickly. The place is clean and well-kept, they use a buzzer system so you know when your food is ready, and they sanitize all the buzzers before & after use.

Read moreWe arrived about 10 minutes prior to open. We observed the little lady rushing to get the restaurant ready to open.
What we noticed was that she was touching this, touching that and then rolled out the welcome mat at the door and went immediately to the food prep area once she unlocked the door for business.
Yes, gross, handled items and cross-contaminated sauce packets, counter items. I watched to make sure she didn't touch anything of mine or my sons.
But man, come on...in what year are we?
Food was decent enough but small portion. Can you believe they stopped serving tritip?
Bummer.
It wasn't a sanitary feel. Felt like they used old gray...
